Slushi (Chikn) Oneshots

A day in the shade.

Pale, pink trees swayed calmly; carried be the gentle wind.
The lush green grass welcomed me to sit under, that perfect blossom tree. The tired sun started it's decent, leaving behind a gorgeous pink wash that in cased the sunset. Something about this place felt so restful, so comforting.

I glanced over to where she had been lying down for a few hours now. She looked so peaceful, as if nothing else mattered. Waves of mint fur covered her beautiful body. Cuting off to a light blue near the end of her tail which, cuting of once more to a clear white. Contrasting perfectly the black fur trailed down each leg to every paw. I couldn't help but wonder what incredible dreams enchanted her mind.

I glanced at our house in the distance, a smallish house that we got in the countryside with 20 aches of land. It was a pretty house, and the land was stunning and well kept. It still surprises me now, that she agreed to live with me away from the city.

I continued to look at her, while the day bled more into night; those thoughts came back once more.
'Why does she waste her time with you?... how long do you think this is gonna last?" My heart ached alittle, and a small anoyed frown appeared.

Sheepishly my head lowered, as almost in shame. 'No, you're just being crazy, obviously she loves me for who I am and i don't see any obvious problems' I tried reassuring myself.

I continued this battle untill she woke up...

It was only a few hours, untill the mint green fox, Slushi sat up, tilted her head looking at my direction.
"Had you not slept yet?" Slushi asked. Starting to move closer.
"Sorry, I've just been thinking, how stunning girl like yourself ended up with someone like me." I warmly smiled. "Also you looked so adorable sleeping, I was enchanted.

This caused her to blush slightly,
"Your amazing, never doubt yourself, i will never leave unless you want me to, I'm the lucky one." She said moving even closer to snuggle up. "Now let's get some sleep together, it's rather relaxing up here." Slushi then pushed me down so we were both lying down, staring into each others eyes. "..and sleep is good for you."

Yawning, the lack of sleep suddenly catches up with me, and I soon fell asleep, just barely hearing Slushi before being taken into dreamland.

"I love you goodnight," she announced, kissing my forehead.
"I love you too," I mumbled.
