I know people make jokes about therapy all the time, but in this story I want to focus on the seriousness of it and how it truly can help people. This chapter doesn't go into as much detail about it as this book does later, but yeah.

Therapy?

That's what Anne's parents had suggested when Anne and Sasha returned from Amphibia and told them everything.

Neither one of the girls were too fond of the idea, especially Sasha, but they had told Anne's parents they would think about it.

Other than that, it had been about a week since the girls returned home from their road trip and they were going to have a sleepover later that night.

Yes, Anne wanted to have a sleepover with Sasha, but there was another reason she had asked Sasha if she wanted to have one.

Anne thought it would probably be a good idea to finally warn Sasha about the real reason for their sleepover, so a few hours before it, Anne called her friend.

"Sup, Anne!" Sasha answered.

Anne took a deep breath, "Sasha. I need to let you know what's been going on these past few days. It's one of the reasons I want us to have a sleepover tonight."

"Ok, I'm listening."

Anne took a deep breath again before whispering into the phone, "I think my house might be haunted."

There was silence a moment before Sasha finally responded, "What?"

"Ok! So, for the past few days, weird things have been happening! Like, Domino keeps staring at nothing and stuff keeps randomly falling off my shelves! ...And I feel like someone's watching me! The weird thing is it's only in my room... I haven't told my parents about it yet..." Anne added awkwardly.

"Ok, so why are you wanting me to come help?" Sasha asked, "You're supposed to call the Ghostbusters for this sort of thing! What am I gonna do?"

"Sasha! This is serious!" Anne responded, "And I don't know! You just... seem to know what you're doing with stuff!"

Sasha paused again before asking, "...Do you think it might be-"

"Why would she be haunting my house, Sasha?" Anne interrupted.

"I don't know!" Sasha exclaimed, "But fine! Alright! I'll come help in some way tonight!" She chuckled while adding, "After all, I ain't afraid of no ghost!"

Anne just hung up in response to that.

It was time.

Anne prepared herself in her room for her and Sasha's ghost expedition as it started to get dark.

She heard a knock on the door. She jumped, but then remembered it was just Sasha and went to go get the door.

Sasha looked ready for a war. She had war paint on her cheeks and a bag full of something over her shoulder.

"Um... Are you ok, Sasha?" Anne asked.

"Yep! I just made sure to get myself prepared for our... situation," she whispered.

"Alright. Come in then I guess," Anne stepped out of the way for Sasha to walk in and closed the door behind her.

"Sasha! Welcome-" Mrs. Boonchuy walked over to the doorway and slowly trailed off once seeing Sasha, "...Interesting outfit for a sleepover..."

"Thanks!" Sasha just responded with a smile, starting to head to Anne's room.
