Chapter 3 - Confusion

Hey guysss! It took me a year to update this, I'm so sorry. I found it real hard and things got very busy for me and inspirations left, BUT here I am pulling it back <3

Chapter 3 - WHAT A NIGHT

*DIA'S POV*

I was confused as to why Marky  THE Marky Smith went up here, I mean what led him?

Well maybe he needs something or might ask something.

 Something like?  Can we go out for a dinner? Oh my sprinkles Dia! stop this nonsense you know very well he won't like you, you dreamy child.

And then I was out of my thinking the minute I heard his stern voice

"uhmm hey dy the school guard will close the football field any minute now, planning to have an overnight stay here?" Marky said humorously pointing at the guard standing kind've pissed waiting for our absence

I was embarassed. To have a dinner huh? 

I look at my left hand to see what time it is and was shocked to see it's already 9:30 in the evening. I quite overjoyed the book I was reading to care about the time.

"Oh my.. it's so late already, i'm sorry" I shouted for the guard to hear my apologize.

Marky giggled,

OMG

he's so cute and his cheeks and his giggling voice *sigh*

and then we both went out of the field. 

*MARKY'S POV*

Dia was sitting up the bench, alone. This girl is brave being all alone in a field most boys would visit. I went to the changing room to change clothes after practice cause I was sweating and needed to be refreshed. 

It's already 9 pm, what a day. I better be get going cause it has been quite a day.

I was about to go out the field when the guard pulled out his keys to lock the fields exit. Just then I remembered Dia was still there. Oh this girl is not planning to go home.

 I hurridly run towards the guard.

"Guard excuse me there is still someone on the field" I told.

The guard was obviously annoyed in disbeleif cause as I said it's already 9pm and most students go home afterclass which is at 5pm. 

"wait here i'll go get her" I added. 

"wait what!? it's a girl?" he asked loudly.

even the guard is having trouble thinking a girl is all alone in a field at this time around

"Yes, wait" I immdiately replied, and then went up the bench as to where Dia was sitting.

She's reading very seriously as usual, I can't find any way how to say that she better get going or she'll be locked up here all night without distracting her in her reading. 

"Hi dy" I said calmly and showed a soft smile

and she was quite shocked or I might say scared I can't read her facial expression that much I mean you can see both of it on her face right now.

"Ohhh Marky uhmnn... Hi" she said obviously shocked

Oh well now I know she's shocked not scared. I smiled at my thingking.

And then we both went outside the field, she walked at the bus stop since she didn't bring her car with her. I on the other hand run to where my car was to pick Dia  cause at this time no bus would show up .

*DIA's POV*

Oh great no bus would be here now, it's too late. Way to go Dy! Now i'm no choice but to walk. 

I walked and hear a car horn sounded, I look back then I saw Marky driving fast to where I am. He's house is at the opposite as mine. Why is he here? 

"Hey dy! why are you walking??" he asked annoyed? why is he annoyed? He got out of he's car and opened the front seat and gestured his hand for me to go in

"thanks but your way is there not here. Marky you should..." I was about to finish my sentence when he cut me off

"Dy, it's late. You should'nt walk alone." He sternly told, still looking  on the road.

"I know but do I have a choice?" I jokingly answered 

"yes, I'm here"

And as he said that I can't find any words to reply. The rest of the ride was silent.

"I'm here" I said as we got on my house. 

I was about to open my door but it was already opened by him. This man is fast. What a gentleman. 

"Hey Mark thanks, I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you tonight. Want to come by?" and as I told him that he just softly smiled 

"I better get going Dy, thanks for the invite anyways. It  was never a trouble" I just smiled, He caught me off again! 

"you better go inside your mansion now huh? there's a lot of eating monsters here I heard" he playfully said

"Oh shut it" and we both laughed, and as I went to my door post  he closed the frontseat door and waved his hand, got in his car and horned his car once to cue he would go.
