Love notes - Beginning

CHAPTER 1

16 year old Dia Loren nickname Dy is a typical teen girl who is terribly serious in studying to make her parents proud. Dia's focus in studies had made her isolated by others & has no permanent friend because they are annoyed by Dia's seriousness in studies, her friends back stabs her because she's different & they find Dia weird but besides all that Dia is proud to be diffrent even if she hears someone saying bad stuffs about her, she won't mind it. We can say that she's immune. Dia has her one & only true friend Kim Allen, they have the same likes & wants.

Then there was Marky Smith, Dia's Lab partner and the football captain in their school so he's famous in the campus. Marky admired Dia's strongeness & braveness in ignoring humors about her. Kim has a huge crush to Marky but Marky is Dia's admirer that no one knows perhaps we can call him as Dia's "secret admirer". If the two best friends would know this? Would Kim be jealous to Dia? Would this affect their friendship?

Prologue

"Dia.... get down here or else you'll be late for school" my mom yelled from downstairs and I was hurriedly wearing my uniforms on.

I quickly brushed my blonde hair and did my everyday hairstyle, ponytail.

I stood in front of my vintage mirror and stared into my familiar blue eyes that I inherited from my dad. And I look to myself and I was small about 5 flat height and skinny.

I had nice curves that a type of boy would want to touch. I turned away and opened my desk to get my cute-black watch & rapidly stepping my way downstairs to eat breakfast. I called Good Bye to my parents and run out of our house.

I saw the bus starting its engine preparing to leave then I run & shouted for the bus to stop. I was breathing like a dog then the bus stopped. I got on and smiled to the bus driver, He was at least late 50's and oh so kind. I sat in an empty seat near the back waiting for Kim. Her house is 2 blocks away from mine.

"Hey Kim!" I shouted out of the windows bus.

She smiled and entered the bus then we did our hand shake.

Kim and I have different class so we have separate rooms. Suddenly the bell was ringing and Kim and I has to go to our respective rooms.

"Let's just meet up later" said Kim with a smiling face. Then I replied "See you later!" smiling back.

Its my Chemistry class, we are having our experimentation's on and my lab partner is Marky Smith football captain in our school, he is so kind to me since 3rd grade. He is not like others.

He respects me even if i'm not cool and even if i'm weird as people say. I have a secret admiration on him that even my best friend don't now, cause i'd like to keep it to myself and I know that Kim has a huge crush on him, I don't want to make Kim think that i'm flirting or having something special to Marky. I don't want to ruin our extreme bond.

In chem laboratory while cleaning the test tubes I was looking for Marky he has never been this late.

The janitor entered the lab calling for our professor's attention then gave Marky's excuse letter. Our professor lend me Marky's excuse letter since I was his lab partner and since we have the same classes. I was kind've honored to have Marky's excuse letter, I mean of all the people! :)

When the bell rang it was time for lunch. I went to my locker to get my biology book for me to study in advance and at the same time to wait for Kim cause her locker is beside mine.

"HEY DIA" mean girls yelled while chuckling, tapping my back. "Hey :)" I replied. While I was ahead of them walking my way to my locker It seems that everybody was laughing at me then suddenly Marcky tapped my back. " Dia, those girls are making fun of you. Look" Those girls sticked a note saying "I'M THE WEIRDEST WEIRDO IN TOWN. SINCE 1996".

I felt ashamed and that time I wanted to be small as an ant so that everyone can't see me and so that I can run out from this misery but I swallowed my embarrassment and acted like nothings wrong, pretended to be brave and dauntless.

"Okay, thanks" my reply to Marky with a normal voice and a stiff face.

"You'll just let this pass!? you won't give yourself the right to be angry at them!?" Marky said with a very loud and angry voice.

"What they wrote is a fact. I don't want to defend myself its just a waste of time Marky, I really appreciated what you've done. Thanks" what i've answered and walk my way to my locker.

While walking I was talking to my mind that "Why did Marky asked me those questions? thus this mean something? does he care for me? Oh boy! This can't be done, i'm having illusions about me and him. I must not forget that Kim (my best-est friend) has a big crush with this guy."

"Finally my terrible journey has ended" I whispered in my mind. And there was Kim waiting. "What took you so long??" Kim fearfully asked. Cause i've never been this late in our meet-ups. "Long story" I replied. I don't want her to know about what Marky did, I was afraid what would her reaction be.
