y/ns POV : " good morning princess " Eddie said to me as I woke up , " morning" I replied with bluntly , " you okay sweetheart ? " Eddie asked me " yeah I'm fine why ?" I said a little bit with anger , like I'm fine you know " Its just you seem a little bit distant today " Eddie said with care in his voice " Well considering that I tried to kill myself yesterday I don't think I would be in a great mood " I said in frustration Eddie replied with " You have the right to be sad but can you not take it out on me I didn't do anything but help you yesterday " " I know Eddie its just that in my head you would have thought I was a horrible person and think less of me " I said " absolutely not y/n I have nothing to be mad at you for darling I don't know what you're going threw but it must be so tiring and horrible at the moment , I understand if you don't want to talk about it but I'm here for you if you ever want to talk about it ." Eddie replied " thank you Eddie it means so much to me and I'm sorry for being so rude about it and yeah I do want to talk about it with you , I think if I talk about it it might get better " I said sincerely " Great but first the rules like I said last night we want to avoid another one of those " Eddie said , I replied with what are the rules ?" Eddie says " okay okay rule No.1 I need you to throw away all of your blades and knives " Done ." I said " hold on hold on I'm not done yet there's 5 rules okay , rule No.2 I need you to come to me whenever you feel like cutting yourself okay " Eddie stated I just nodded my head " rule No.3 you cant be alone in a room without me or someone else that you trust , so if your at my trailer wherever you go ill be right beside you to make sure you don't cut yourself got it ?" yep I said " okay rule No.4 you need to be completely honest with me its the only way I can help you y/n " he said firmly " next rule?" I said sarcastically " The next rule is that you have to promise to at least try to to self harming y/n its terrifying watching you destroy your body and your mind so please try " he said tearing up " I promise " I said while reaching in for a hug

---- time skip 2 weeks ---

( nobody's POV ) 4am in eddies bed

y/n had promised Eddie that she wouldn't cut herself again a couple weeks ago and that if she ever feels like cutting herself she should go to him and he would try help her , but y/n didn't want to bother him he looked so peaceful and tired so she decided to try help herself . She had bought razor blades a week ago cause in her head she thought she had to get used to being around them like exposure therapy basically , but she couldn't hold in the pain anymore she got up from the bed without waking Eddie up and went into the bathroom and locked it .

she grabbed her razor blades she bought last week and that she hid in the floorboards in the bathroom she picked one up and thought " where's a place that Eddie would never check " and then it popped up in her mind that Eddie rarely ever sees her stomach , she grabbed the blade and did about 20 tiny but a little deep cuts on her stomach about 15 minutes later she cleans them and puts a bandage over them until she hears a loud knock on the bathroom door "Y/N are you okay you've been in there for like 15 minutes " Eddie yells " YEAH YEAH I'm all good in here ... um I'm just taking a long piss " she says " for 15 minutes y/n? you actually don't think I'm that stupid open the fucking door now or ill fucking take the door off its hinges " Eddie yells " shit shit shit shit shit shit shit shit I'm dead he's going to kill me " she thought in her head " I'm giving you to the count of 3 to open the fucking door y/n or ill take the door off " he said "1... 2... 3... okay if that's how you want to play " he says as he walks away . Y/n didn't know why he just left until she heard him come back into the trailer with his tool box " shit now I'm actually dead " she said in her head again . Okay y/n I'm giving you a second chance cause I have no clue how to put a door BACK on the frame I only know how to take one off so if you don't open the fucking door right now we will not have a door here ever again do u hear me " he said worryingly " I can't open the door Eddie I just can't " she said .

" why can't you baby " Eddie asked

" I just can't Eddie "

" I just don't want you to be mad at me "

" darling I would never be mad at you I'm just annoyed that you wont open the door "

" I'll open the door if you promise to not to talk about tonight with me ever "

"baby you know the rules I have to talk to you about it but if it makes you feel better I won't judge you or ask to see the cuts if you promise to open the door please"

"okay I'll open the door "

she unlocks the door

" you had me so scared baby don't do this again promise me "

"we'll talk about tonight in the morning darling I think we both need some sleep you think so ?"

" yeah I think so as well"

they both get into bed and fall asleep cuddling eachother
