Chapter 4: Bite

After eating I feel like a stuffed turkey, and I sit there as I remember how Sasha was in some kind of hurry. I get up as my curiosity gets the better of me and I get up to find out where she went. 

I think maybe she went to check on Uncle John, so I check all the rooms she said were his private rooms and I hear voices in the last one. I try my best to listen, and I hear Sasha "Sir please consider it." 

He yells back "I said no, this is my curse, and I will not give it to my brother's only child." She tells him "But sir, I know sensed it, I have as well. He knows of our kind he reeks of wolves and even others I don't recognize." 

He yells again "I said NO!" She reminds "I said consider it." He yells once again "No, there's nothing to consider! Besides there's not enough time and he'd have to decide on his own without thinking. He'd have to accept and also there's no grantee he's even the one." 

She responds, "Well you'll have to find out then." I have a feeling and I think it through before I decide to leave, not wanting to be found. 

I go back to the kitchen, and I think over what they said. He said something about a curse, and she said sense. She also said reeks of OUR KIND and WOLVES. 

They have to werewolves and Just then Uncle John comes up saying "Come with me." I slide off the bar chair and I follow him to the room he was with Sasha. 

I see her there and he shuts the door before seating down in a lounge chair gesturing for the other one. I walk to the chair sitting down and he asks, "How much did you hear?" 

I swallow and answer "Enough to know." He raises an eyebrow before he asks, "Know what?" I tell him "I understand that your both werewolves and you know I hang around wolf's aka werewolves or as Sasha said OUR KIND." 

He then stands up and looks to Sasha before she nods, and they both look down. When they look up, I see they have their glowing eyes. 

Sasha has Gold while my uncle has Alpha red and then fades back to their normal color. He sits back down and says, "so you don't fear werewolves?" 

I answer back "No, my best friend is the true alpha and I run with his pack that has Wolves, Coyote, Kitsune and even a hybrid between a Werewolf and Kamina so no you two don't scare me. There's only one thing that truly scared me and it still haunts me. 

That's why am here, I just couldn't handle the hurt looks from the pack and everywhere I looked I saw the horrible things my body did without my control. I was possessed by a dark kitsune and killed people. He killed while he looked like me and he killed Allison." 

I look down closing my eyes tight and open then looking at my shoulder seeing a hand. I look up to see uncle john and he says "I know, I lost my friend, and he was like a brother to me. He was an alpha and he gave his alpha spark. 

He told me "John please I don't want my power to be used by evil and you can use it to help." He grabbed my arm and I nodded. He transferred the spark, and he died not long after. 

I vowed to protect the spark and I found that the spark is special. He gave me his life and every day I can still feel his presence. 

But the spark is in danger as I slowly die, and I needed to find someone worthy. Sasha thinks you're the one and . . . I think so too. So, I wish to ask if you'll let me bite you and when the time comes with you except the spark." 

My jaw dropped as I try to comprehend what he told me, and I ask, "Does dad know?" He just shakes his head no and I ask, "If I do this can the pack be here? I don't want them to get the wrong idea." 

He smiles and nods. I then nod slowly as I lift my right arm and tell him "Okay . . . Bite me." He nods and grabs my arm similar to how Peter did all those years ago. 

He wolfs up and bites down on my arm. My face contorts in pain as well as grunt in pain as I clench my fist together and he releases my arm. 

I say "Hmm, that is painful! Holy cow! Mother of god." I look at it and instantly regret it as I blink twice trying to stop the dizzy feeling. 

I breathe out and say "Well then. That was fun." He smiles and asks me "How do you feel?" I think a bit and say "Fine, normal. Nothing wrong as far as I can tell." 

He nods and tells me "Alright get some sleep and tomorrow we train." I nod and leave the room.
