Akira's home

I awoke to the sunlight which had lit my room from darkness and looked at the time it was seven thirty. Matt wake up I called him and looked towards my left the bed was empty I frowned. Where did he go is he playing hide and seek early in the morning. I looked under my bed to make sure except for my shoes no one was there. I searched for him everywhere he wasn't found. He left me without telling me idiot.

I checked my phone to call him up a message flashed on whatsapp which read morning Akira sorry about my disappearance had to head over home I made some sandwiches I smiled how thoughtful further it read a surprise awaits you at school he signed off with his selfie.

I scrunched my nose I can't tolerate boys taking selfies. I grabbed a piece of sandwich and a smoothie when I passed the mirror besides my closet I noticed something I came back to my mirror and was shocked to see my face ....

MATT I WILL KILL YOU - that idiot I clenched my fists, at school I will get him at school.

I went to the washroom and scrubbed and scrubbed till the ink wore off I took a quick shower as I was already running late for school. That idiot i will never let him in NEVER I shouted at the top of my lungs pedaling down the streets of my home as fast as I could.

I put my thoughts of Matt behind as I reached school I parked my bicycle in the rack at the end and ran for my class. In the hallway people were grinning at me. I was puzzled now what awaits me here I thought getting mentally prepared then the queen appeared in front of me. She was smiling happily and said "I like your new picture on Face-book".

Face-book what are you talking about Laura. Check it for yourself she showed me her phone "there was a girl whose face was doodled her hair was all over her". I stood there numb what has he done he shared it to the whole school and Laura would never stop taunting me with it.

My anger grew I was nearly at rage in the first class a few girls were giggling at something while checking their phone at the same time giving me malicious looks smile .. I had this strange feeling and felt a shudder. I closed my eyes as Lunch period drew in.

Akira's Past -aged 5

I remember when I was a child I was teased a lot by my friends I used to wear boyish clothes I couldn't help it I felt comfortable in them my hair was shorter than it was now I used to wear shorts and a shirt which usually boys wear ....

It was a sunny morning and we were on our way to school we were singing bluebird

Tim sang.... Bluebird, bluebird through my window... (2)

Marlene followed him up... Take a little girl and tap her on the shoulders..(2)

And Marlene, Amy and I ended

And tap her on the shoulders Oh! Johnny I am tired.

And we laughed and went to school

At school Tim, Marlene, Amy, Luther and other friend of mine were playing hide and seek

It was Luther's den as he had lost in stone,paper, scissors he began counting backwards "10.....9......8....

Tim was hiding behind a bush Marlene was behind the apple tree Amy and I had hidden us in a hole farthest away from Luther who had reached 5...

"Amy what are you doing I asked her "hey that's a rabbit" she shrieked I covered her mouth "shut up you'll give us away".

A frightened rabbit scurried past us from its burrow unfortunately we had invaded its home

Luther had finished counting and was approaching his head was turned towards our direction. "Oh! No he heard you I think Amy keep quiet and still.

Tim had disappeared Marlene was still standing behind the apple tree peering sideways she was a good distance away from Luther but he had not noticed her. He was approaching our direction. Amy began shifting "Amy would you keep still I told her to be quiet"

"Hey who's there Luther called Akira! Come out Akira"

I gave an angry look at Amy. She had a sheepish grin her eyes saying sorry. I was a loser now.

The next day Amy told the teacher about the rabbit which she and I had found we brought it to our elementary class and started taking care of it. I loved the rabbit and we named Mr. M but after two days the rabbit was found dead in its cage the teacher asked us "who did this?" some boy called out my name and everyone followed suit I looked at my friends Amy was sobbing at Mr. M loss Tim,Luther, Marlene were angry at me since then my friends started avoiding me.

From then on I didn't make any real friends at school....
