YOU WERE WALKING ALONG SIDE Hakkai with Takemichi on his back and the girls behind you.

Before you could actually take out the black dragons, Koko and Inui interfered and picked up Taiju and placed him inside the car. The two didn't spare a glance at you but they told the black dragons to fall back knowing you could take out half of them.

Kokonoi had that disappointed look on his face before they left.

"Does he often hit you?" you asked silently, the question directed to the long haired girl who was now walking beside you.

Yuzuha hummed, glancing at you from the corners of her eyes, the somber glow on your face and your emotionless eyes.

You four decided to take Takemichi to his house because he said he didn't need to go to the hospital. Yuzuha started to share her childhood with you without even knowing why she blabbered all of that infront of someone she just met. Maybe because despite the cold aura that surrounded you- you seemed like the person who could relate and understand everyone's burden.

"I see... I never thought he had siblings. I mean, I have known him ever since Koko and Inui revived the black dragons. I'm used to violence but I can't stand abuse against siblings or family members." you muttered.

"I'm sure Taiju won't let this slide..."

He must be planning revenge on you right now.

"But... How did you learn to fight like that?" the girl inquired, curious about your prowess in fighting.

"Oh, that. I learned from my two masters. Waka-chan and Benkei-kun."

"Their names sounds familiar too."

You nodded your head. "Yeah, they said they were part of the black dragons before. First or second generation I guess because they're quite old."

The last time you saw them it was when you visited Shinichiro and you've never crossed paths with them again.

"Meet us in this place okay? Bye-bye, y/n-chan! I'll message you the full details." Yuzuha smiled at you as you part ways while you on the other hand waved your hand as you watch their figure slowly disappear into the night.

Lowering your hands, you walked away with a heavy heart. How are you gonna face Kokonoi now? He's still Kokonoi's boss and you single-handedly defeated Taiju while they were watching.

The look of disappointment in his face seemed to be engraved in your mind. Was he disappointed because you over stepped your boundary and interfered with a fight that wasn't yours? But now that you knew what kind of life Yuzuha and Hakkai lived under Taiju's control you were glad you did that. He deserved it for abusing his own siblings. He was a bastard.

You didn't realize it but you unconsciously walked into the house Kokonoi bought years ago before you two moved away again. Clearly, nobody was here so you jumped over the fence, climbing into the second floor through the terrace of your old room.

You opened the door by the use of a single hairpin you always bring along before sauntering inside. It wasn't that dusty as you imagined it would be, Koko must have someone who cleans it up.

Plopping into the bed, you let your body fall into the soft mattress, eyes focused on the ceiling witi beams of the moon seeping from the open terrace as your only source of light.

"Maybe I'll apologize to him and Seishu..." you murmured until you dozed off from staring at the same old ceiling.
