Tried but Couldn’t
She’s trying so hard
to forget the one who hurt her.
She’s tired of thinking about him,
but she couldn’t forget him.
She loved that person too much
and it caused her so much pain.
Until now, she still loves him
for she can’t stop thinking about him.
He made her feel so loved,
yet he left her crying in the rain.
Though she was hurt that bad,
she still longs for his love.
She tried to let go and forget,
but she dearly love that person.
She always hopes he’ll be back
even if she knows it’ll never happen.
