Lucie Blanc

I sit on the freezing pavement floor, the only thing different being that I'm no longer tied. I watch as Elijah drinks from a flask, with his back towards me.

"Hey Elijah, can I ask you one question?" I say and he almost immediately replies. "No" He says and I sigh. "Why are you doing this? It's obvious that you're doing it for a reason. A strong one." I say and he freezes.

"And what makes you be so sure about that? After all, I might just be doing it because I don't like Kai." He says. "I don't know. You just don't look like the rest of them. They have that evil, psychotic look in their eyes but you...don't."  I say and for a second I almost thought I'd convinced him but he shakes his head.

"It's too late now" He says. "No! Trust me it's not" I say and he sighs. "Kai will kill me." He mutters. "He won't. And even if he does, you have my word, I won't let him harm you. I swear on my mother." I say and Elijah stares at me so much so that I almost thought I was burning. "Fine." He says and I smile at him.

"What do I have to do?"

Kai Romano

"Fucking traitor." I hiss through gritted teeth. It was just outright foolish of me to trust someone like him. Daisuke smiles evilly before shrugging. "I'm used to being called that now." He says and I grit my teeth.

"How could you do this to me you fucking piece of shit? And what the actual fuck are you gonna do with Papa's land?!" I let out and Daisuke shrugs. "You will see." He says, giving me the grin; the grin he only gives when he has a terribly vicious plan up his sleeves.

"Enough chatting now" He says, motioning the guard something and the next thing I know, I am punched in my guts with a wooden object making me fall down with a loud thud.

A hockey stick.

"You still use these?" I ask as I roll to my back, pointing at the hockey stick. "It's the signature weapon of my gang" Daisuke says and I laugh. "Mine's an AKM." I say, and stand up in a flash before snatching the gaurds hockey away in an experienced fashion before kicking him in the...uhm.

"You're still a sick fighter." Daisuke laughs out and I nod. "Yeah. The only difference is that I've gotten even better." I say and he laughs. "Really? Let's see that." Daisuke says and another dude hits me on my head this time, causing me to loose my balance and fall.

"Now that's cheating-" I say but another man kicks me on my stomach. "There is nothing called cheating in a street fight" He says and somebody hits me on my stomach again, and somebody on my back.

I'm sure there are atleast 5 people kicking me right now.

I groan as I spit out blood, cringing at the metallic taste of blood. "Why are you doing this?" I ask. "You don't know why I'm doing this?" Daisuke asks walking towards me. "You don't know why I'm fucking doing this?!" He asks, kicking me. Hard.

"No." I say and he bends down, harshly grabbing my hair in his fist.

"Because you killed dad." He spits out with so much hate I'm almost intimidated. "What?" I say and Daisuke let's out a bitter laugh.

"You thought you were the only child of Christopher Romano?" He says as a smirk creeps up his lips.

"Your father was pretty popular among women, you know?" He says and I without even realising throw a punch at him causing him to fall beside me. "That is not fucking true!" I yell and Daisuke punches me back.

"It is! Your father fucked around with prostitutes ever since he had on hair on his dick. He kept on fuckin with them untill he got one preganant! Untill he got my mother preganant." He says and I feel a large lump forming in my throat as I try to process everything he just said.

"You're lying." I say, my voice coming out weaker than I intended. "It is true you fucker!" Daisuke yells as he throws another punch my way. He stands up as he looks at me with hate.

"Do you know how hard it was to live as a bastard son my whole life?" He yells kicking me. "I was called a fucking bastard while you sat beside dad, as everyones bowed down right infront of you." Daisuke spits out, kicking me again.

"And that's not it. When I finally thought I could meet dad, you killed him." He yells his eyes getting glassy. "You killed my dad. You deserve to die."

"He deserved to die. He tried to rape-" I'm cut of by Daisuke punching me. He grabbed my hair, making me sit in a kneeling position infront of him. "I don't want to listen to your bullshit. I finally get to kill you."

I freeze as I watch Daisuke take out a gun from his pocket before aiming it at me.

"Any last words, Brother?" He asks, smiling. "Don't hurt Lucie. She didn't do anything wrong." I say and Daisuke nods. "Sure. I don't hurt women anyways." He says and I feel a pang of relief. As I hear the loading of a gun, I look up into the cloudy night.

It's about to rain.

I feel a small smile escaping from my heart and onto my lips as memories flash in my mind.

I close my eyes and see my father there, a knife dug deep down his throat and his lifeless eyes. I see my mother, giving me a hug before leaving and just like that, all my memories, good and bad turn into a jumbled up set of memories flashing before my eyes as I take my last breaths.
