Two slow dancers

A/N would you guys like me to throw in some one-shots some days as an extra bonus? So, for example, i'll write the regular chapter each day and somedays as a bonus i will write a one shot as a separate chapter, i'll do one tomorrow and ya'll can tell me how you feel about them!

I woke up and Eddie wasn't by my side. I was a little bit disappointed but there was a nice smell coming from the other room so i figured Eddie or his uncle were making breakfast. I got up and i yawned, rubbing my eyes. I was still pretty tired but I didn't wanna go back to sleep, I looked at Eddie's clock and it was 10am. I enter the kitchen just to see Eddie cooking breakfast, shirtless and with his hair put in a bun. He so totally did this on purpose. He knows it's everything that gets my face red. I walked over to him and hugged him from behind, then rested my head on his shoulder.
"Shit! You scared me!" He exclaimed
"What are you making?" I asked as i kissed his cheek softly.
"Pancakes, how many do you want?" He asked me, smiling while he continued cooking.
"Just one." I murmured and then yawned.
"Are you tired?" He asked.
"A bit..." i whispered in a tired tone.
"You can go back to bed!" He chuckled.
"Noo... let me stay here with you." I said.
"Why not? My dude bro mate" He joked and I laughed.
"Don't call me that!" I chuckled.
"Okay sweetheart." He said jokingly, exaggerating the 'sweetheart'
"Much better!" I giggled.

I pulled away from the hug to let him actually cook while i sat at the table with the two chairs at the kitchen.
"Where did Dustin say we had to meet up? And at what time?" I asked.
"I don't know, i'll phone his house when we're done having breakfast." Eddie replied.
"Okay!"

After that we both ate our pancakes while having a conversation about the people in school, and then it hit me.
"Hey Ed when are we going to tell the group about us?.. are we going to keep this a secret forever? What if someone sees us kissing or doing couple stuff?" I asked, looking down.
"I was thinking maybe we could tell Dustin today.. i'm sure he won't have a problem but i'm not so sure about the rest of the group, maybe at the end of the hangout when everybody's waving goodbyes we can tell Dustin, and don't worry, nobody at school will find out, except dustin and maybe the rest of the group later on.. i guess."
"Yeah.. okay." I answered.
"I hate the world we live in." Eddie sighed.
"Yeah, me too. I wish we could just love each other without it having to be a secret or something to be embarrassed about." I mumbled. Eddie pat my head and then gave me a reassuring look. "We'll always have each other, right? Like two slow dancers." He reached out for my hand and squeezed it tight.
"Right, like two slow dancers." I leaned over and kissed him.

When we finished Eddie grabbed some leftover pancakes and out them in the fridge for his uncle to eat.

"Eddie can i go have a shower while you go call Dustin?" I asked.
"Sure, just don't use up all the hot water, after you i wanna shower too and believe it or not i actually don't like showering with cold water." He chuckled.
"I promise it won't happen again!" I laughed.
"Yeah yeah whatever!" He teased.
"Don't be a dick!" I joked as i went and grabbed some of my clothes from his closet (at this point i had some of my stuff at his house since i barely spent any time at my house, i spent it most at Eddie's.)
I showered and dressed, then came out of the bathroom.
"Your turn, oh and by the way what did Dustin say?" I asked.
"Oh he said at 5:30 at the park near school."
"Okay! Then we'll be there." I exclaimed.
"Yup!"

I was listening to the radio waiting for Eddie to come in so we could just watch some tim burton film or talk or play the guitar while we waited until we needed to go. Then Eddie came out of the bathroom wearing a towel around his waist. Only that.
"Eddie at this point you're doing it on purpose." I said, blushing, a lot.
"You're right." He teased, and got close to me and gave me a soft kiss on the lips which made me melt.

He then changed in the bathroom and went back into the room, i scooted over and made a sign to come and lay down with me, and he did.
"Do you wanna watch beetlejuice?" I asked him, he agreed and so we started watching it, i rested my head on his chest as he gently caressed my back, giving me the ocasional forehead kisses.
"God i'm so glad you like me" i said.
"Me too..." he chuckled softly and moved on to playing with my hair as my smile grew wider.
