Chapter 12: So triplets...

"But you are having triplets,"

"Triplets?!"
Y/N's wives screams.

"Oh my god, I am gonna die while giving birth,"
Y/N remarks.

"No, you will be alright. Just trust the process,"
The doctor reassures her.

"The first semester of pregnancy is always the hardest part since you are still getting used to the change in your body. But I believe that you will be fine, you have four wives to support you,"

"I certainly hope so,"

"What are we supposed to do? Can we still sleep with her? Does she need more space?"
Lisa inquires nervously.

"You can still sleep with her, of course. She definitely needs more space when her bump starts to show up but that doesn't affect your life for now, so don't worry about that,"

"I think we are done here,"
Jennie says.

"Okay, please make sure to take a break from your work for a while, especially now that you are carrying a triplet so it's better for you not to move around for the first three months,"

Back at home
They are having a family meeting at the living room. Y/N is extremely worried about her pregnancy. Her wives are worried too but they are more happy that they are going to have three little angels coming soon.

"I think we need to take turn to stay at home,"
Jisoo suggests.

"Yeah,"

"I will be fine alone, don't worry about me,"
Y/N says.

"No, you will not be home alone,"
Jisoo says.

"All of you have a job to attend,"
Y/N argues.

"So? You are having babies in your womb. Not just one, but three. That's why we should be more careful. Just leave this up to us. You should probably go and take a nap,"

"Fine,"
Y/N pouts but goes back to their bedroom to sleep anyway.

She gets sleepy quite easily these days. Good thing that her other pregnancy symptoms haven't showed up yet. If not, it will be a total hell for her.

Meanwhile, her wives are still discussing their duties. They are really trying to help Y/N as much as possible since pregnancy itself is difficult enough to deal with, they don't want to add on any unnecessary pressure on Y/N.

"Alright, so Jennie will take the first week, I will take the second one, Lisa will take the third one and Rosé will take the fourth one. And the schedule goes so and so forth. Is that okay?"
Jisoo says.

"Yes,"
The other three answer in unison.

When they are done, they head to their bedroom to check on Y/N. Y/N is already sleeping peacefully on the bed. She looks angelic. Blackpink always can't help but to be impressed by Y/N's unreal visual everyday.

They lay beside her gingerly, not wanting to wake her up from her sleep.

"Wait-"
Y/N wakes up and gets up from the bed suddenly.

As soon as she reaches the washroom, she throws up in the toilet bowl immediately. Just as she felt grateful that her symptoms haven't showed up yet, they came in like a wrecking ball.

"Oh my god, she is throwing up,"
Lisa exclaims.

"Are we just gonna sit here?"
Rosé asks.

"We should probably go there,"
Jennie says.

They stand beside Y/N, not knowing what to do exactly.

"Jesus fuck!"
Y/N yells as soon as she has the time to take a breathe.

"Someone brings me-"
Y/N can't even finish her sentence because she throws up again.

"Brings her what?"
Jennie asks, panicking.

"A pill?"
Lisa says.

"I don't think it's a pill. Maybe a stool,"
Rosé suggests.

"A stool for what?"
Jisoo questions Rosé.

"For her to sit on while vomiting,"
Rosé remarks.

"Bring me a cup of water, damn it,"

"Ohh~"

"Oh? Go and take-"
Before Y/N is able to complete her sentence, a gush of substances flows out of her throat again.

Two hours later
"Eomma,"
Y/N is calling her mom with a crying tone.

"What's wrong, baby? Why are you crying?"

"I am pregnant,"

"Oh, isn't it great? You have been planning to have a baby right?"

"Not just a baby. I have three babies,"
Y/N burst out crying.

"Oh my god, it's gonna be tough,"

"It's already tough. I literally stayed in the toilet for half an hour just to vomit my lungs out,"

"It will be fine after the first semester,"

"It's not fine. My pregnant bump is going to show up, I am gonna look so swollen for no reason,"

"It's not no reason, Y/N. You're pregnant, you're supposed to gain weight,"

"...that makes sense, but still,"

"I will visit you tomorrow,"

"Yes, please, bring dad with you too,"

"I am not sure-"

"Just bring him here tomorrow. I am more important than his work,"

"Okay, okay. Calm down, darling,"

"Okay, I am going to hang up now. Rosé is looking for me,"

"See you tomorrow. Love you,"

"Love you too,"

After Y/N hangs up her call, she goes to Rosé instantly.

"What's the matter?"

"I am cooking for dinner tonight. You want anything specifically?"

"I am craving for popcorn,"

"Babe, we are eating food, like main meal,"

"I would really like to have some fries right now,"

"Babe, main meal!"

"I don't know. Just cook whatever you have in your mind,"

"I am cooking some porridge,"

"Porridge? Urgh,"

"What? Porridge is nice,"

"They are tasteless,"

"Well, you don't have a choice because you don't know what do you want to eat,"

"I want fries and popcorn. I told you what I want,"

"Well, but they are not main meal. You are not going to get full from that,"

"Porridge is not going to make me full too,"

"But they are more nutritious than your popcorn and fries,"

"Not like you are getting me any,"

"I can buy you some after you eat the porridge,"

"Fine. But make it good. If not, I won't eat it,"

"You don't have a choice. You are eating it for yourself and the babies,"

Just like that, Y/N cries out again.

"You don't have to remind me that I am pregnant!"

"Why? What's wrong with that?"
Rosé panics.

"It's her hormone. She will be fine after she cries,"
Jisoo comments while she passes by them to take the ice cream.

"Wait, I want ice cream, unnie,"
And Y/N recovers within a second.
