Chapter 2

"Professer!" Alain called out as he burst open the door to the lab. Professer Sycamore came running to see what the matter was hearing the urgency in Alain's voice. "What's the matter Alain?" Professer Sycamore asked and then noticed the boy in Alain's arms. "Ash! What happened?" Professer Sycamore said in a very woried and urgent tone. "I don't know but he's hurt and needs help." Alain said worry in his eyes. Professer Sycamore quickly took Ash and brought him to the lab where he bandaged Ash's wounds and gave him some pain medicine. Ash was veing moved to his room when the others finally got there. "How is he?" Serena asked, obviously the most worried out of all of them. "His wounds have been bandaged but it will probably take him awhile to recover." Alain said trying desperately to calm the gurl with his words. "Can we see him?" Serena asked. "He's still asleep but yeah we can all go see him." Alain said happily trying to calm the girl.

They all arrived in the room and sat with him for a bit Serena and Alain just stared at Ash in worry and Alain with some guilt, while Clemont and Bonnie did their own things to pass the time. They were all half asleep when suddenly Ash screamed. "Ash? Ash! Wake up! C'mon Ash just wake up already! Serena yelled as she shook him a little he winced in pain and then screamed again this time Pikachu used a very light thunderbolt on Ash just enough to wake him up. Ash shot up and immediately winced in pain after Pikachu shocked him. "Ash you're awake!" Serena yelled joyously as she grabbed Ash in a tight hug that caused Ash to wince in pain. "Oh sorry." Serena apologized. "It's fine." Ash said as if everything was completely fine. "Ash what happend? You scared us half to death!" Professer Sycamore yelled as he entered the room. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you guys." Ash said and let out a little chuckle at the end which made his chest hurt. "No need to apologize just tell us what happened." Alain said. "I don't exactly what happened. All I know is I was battling Darki and then suddenly I was in a dark room for what felt like days, then Pikachu woke me up." Ash told them not going into much detail. "Do you know how you got injured?" Professer Sycamore asked. "Oh, I took a shadow ball for Pikachu." Ash said as if it was the most normal thing in the world. "Well that's Ash for ya." Bonnie said and shrugged. "Why were you battling Darki?" Serena asked. "It attacked us." Ash responded. "Wait, where's Greninja?!" Ash asked then frantically looked around the room for his partner in the bond Phenomenon. "Relax, his wounds have been tended to and now he's in the garden with everybody else who is worried sick."  Professer Sycamore said, calming Ash's nerves. "I should probably go see them and tell them I'm alright then." Ash said as he went to get out of bed. Ash was in pain from moving but he wasn't going to let that stop him from going to check on his friends. "You need to stay here and rest." Alain said after he grabbed Ash's shoulder to stop him from moving. "Why? I feel fine." Ash lied only concerned with seeing his friends and not his own well being. "That wound needs time to heal you stay here and the Professer and I will grab your Pokémon, okay?" Alain said, worried about his friends well being. "Alright." Ash said not really having much energy to put up a fight. Ash and the others talked untill Alain and Professer Sycamore came back with Ash's Pokémon who all practically jumped on him. "Hi guys, sorry I scared you." Ash said, as he pet all of his Pokémon. "We'll all be back in a bit." Professer Sycamore said as he gestured wveryone out of the room. Ash talked and pet his Pokémon for awhile untill they all got bored. Ash moved to the bay window in his room after they all got bored and sat there just looking over Lumiose city

Meanwhile...

"That Ash sure is something else." Alain commented after they shut the door to Ash's room. "No kidding." Serena agreed. "What will he not do to save his Pokémon?" Clemont said. "Jump off a building probably." Alain said. "Actually no he's done that, he's also jumped into a volcano. There is no limit to what that boy will do to help his Pokémon." Clemont said. "That boy's bravery is something that never ceases to amaze me." Professer Sycamore commented. "Same." They all agreed. Just then Pikachu and Greninja walked out of the room and headed out of the building. "I wonder what's happening." Bonnie said. "They're probably just going for a walk." Clemont said. With that they all went their own ways.

                                                             

Sorry this chapter probably wasn't as interesting as the last and it was a bit shorter, I promise the next one will be more interesting. Chapter 3 is in the works right now so hopefully it will be out soon also thank you for the support. I hope you all have a great day. Also next chapter might be the last I'm pretty much gonna be out of ideas after the next chapter so if you guys want to have this story continue longer please comment on the next chapter and give me ideas.
