Prologue

"Best young actress award goes to..... Miss Kiara Avalon! Congratulations!" The host announced. Nagulat pa ako nang bahagya dahil ikatlong beses ko na tong award. The past two years ay nakuha ko rin ang parehong award.

I stood up from my seat and bow to my co-actors first. I also wave my hand to my fans who's cheering for me upstairs. The whole place became so loud when I started walking towards the stage. The host gave me a glassed-trophy with a figure of a woman on it and the name of the award, an International award.

"Thank you" I smiled to the host after getting the trophy. "Good evening, everyone. I wasn't really expecting this award because I was thinking that I'm already old enough to even called a 'young actress', but I am thankful for this and to those who supports me." I said..I just gave a short message to thank everyone who supports me, specially my fans. I also greeted those actors who also got nominated. I wanted it to be long but I have time to catch up. As long as I wanted to be with them after the awarding ay hindi na pwede. I need to go home for my night class. I am already a graduating student that's why I can't skip a class unlike before, lalo na't malapit na din ang graduation namin.

"Congrats, Kiara. Ang galing mo naman. Tatlong magkasunod na taon ikaw ulit nakakuha nito." Jean said, my assistant.

"Who's the manager, Jean?" Ms. Cath proudly said, my manager. We laughed at that.

Ms. Cath and Jean has been with me for years now. I started entering showbiz industry right after I graduated high school. I was in first year college when I became successful. Yes, I became successful as an actress that fast because of my one movie that hits a million of viewers in every platforms, we earned a lot that time and we offered half of it in a charity. Noong panahon rin na yon ako nagkaroon ng manager at assistant.

"I actually wasn't expecting them to nominate me in that award." I said laughing a bit.

"Bakit naman?" Jean asked.

"I guess I'm too old for that award samantalang ang mga iba ay ang babata!" I exclaimed.

"Baka last mo na ngayon. Okay lang yan, deserve mo naman." Aniya at ngumiti lang ako sa kaniya.

"Anong oras nga ulit 'yong class mo?" Ms. Cath asked.

"Eight." I replied.

I am scrolling through my phone, stalking....him. We'll, I was just visiting his social media accounts to get some updates about him. Bukod kasi sa mga magulang ko ay dito ako nag titingin ng kung anong nangyayari na sa kaniya. It's been years din mula noong last ko siyang makita, first year college yata kami noon, it is when I visited him in his university. I even made a mess that time dahil may nakakilala saakin! Hindi tuloy maganda iyong last memory namin!

"Sino yan? Ang pogi!" Jean giggles.

Agad kong tinago ang phone ko "Wag ka nga!" I said like a kid that made her laugh. My manager is busy checking my schedule for tomorrow kaya't hindi niya kami napasin.

Both of them had no idea about the man I've been wanting since then, up until now, the man who rejected me for a couple of times, a man named Nicholai Thyson Mourgan.

I am stalking his Instagram account dahil mas active siya dito. He doesn't have that much followers dahil puro tungkol sa business lang naman ang laman nito. I heard from my parents kasi that he's already starting a business while studying.

His latest post was a photo of their company's project. It was a building of his soon to be company. Kahit hindi ako interesado sa mga ganto ay binasa ko parin ang caption nito. Bigla akong napaupo nang ayos mula sa pagkakasandal nang may mabasa ako sa caption niya. Napalingon naman saakin iyong manager at assistant ko.
