Season 4: Chapter 17 "Accepted"

"Hey Kyle!" Someone yells. Kyle looks around. Its the first night Kyle is on watch on top of Destiny, the second wall. Kyle searches for the source of the voice. "Down here!" Kyle looks down at the floor. He can see a still shadowy figure, but cant make out who it is. "I cant see, who is it?" Kyle asked. "Its me, Chase... From the Runner tryouts." Kyle suddenly brightined up with excitement. "Wait right there!" kyle shouted at chase. He then raced to one of the towers on top of the wall. Kyle busted through the door knocking a women down. "Sorry Kaylie! Chase has the runner results!" Kyle says rushing down a ladder that led to a small white room inside the wall. There was two door on each side of the room with labbles on top. The door on the left said Sara and the door on the right said Chaos.

Kyle quickly rushed through the Chaos door, where he saw Chase waiting. "Do you have the results?" Kyle says trying to catch his breath. "Come on Kyle, your the only guy i know who wants to be a runner so bad." Chase said pulling out some papers from a small bag. "I know I know. Quit avoiding my question though, do you have them or not?" Kyle says in an excited tone. Chase ignores him and continues to look for a paper. "Come on Chase, just tell me if i made it or not." Kyle said anxiously. Chase looks up at him. "I dont know if you made it, i just diliver the results, Alex is the one who decides if your good or not. Wait a second while i try to find your card." Chase exclaims while searching again. Kyle stays quite while impatiently waiting.

Finally Chase pulls out an envolope with Kyle's name on it in bright blue. "Here you go." Chase says handing the envolope to kyle. Kyle face brightens with excitmenmt as he it rips the envolope open. He pulls out a folded paper, he nfolds it and starts reading. "Dear Kyle Cane." Kyle reads aloud. "You Physical test was amazing, you ran a mile in 5 minuets and 39 seconds. You also killed a total of 78 Dummys in 3 minuets, you have proven to be a perfect person for this job. Congratulations Kyle, You are now a runner. Your first run is tomorrow morning."

Kyle looks up at Chase, they both have a huge excited face. "Congrats Kyle." Chase says. Kyle just looks at him, frozen in excitement. "Why dont you just take the rest of the night off, i'll cover for you." Chase said. Kyle then unfreezes. "Are you sure man, i only have a few hours left." kyle resonds. "Nah man your first run is in the morning, you need the sleep." Chase tells him. Kyle looks at him, then nods. he shakes his hand and begins to walk to the door to Chaos. After he walks through Chaos he walks to a small little house right next to it. he enters the house, its a small one room house with 1 bathroom.

Kyle looks at the bathroom door, the lights shine through the bottom of it. He and samantha live toghter, so thats who he thinks is in there. He walks to the small bed he and Samantha sleep on and face plants on to it, where he then falls asleep. "WAKE UP!" Samantha yells at kyle. Kyle jumps up and looks around. "What time is it? I feel like I just laid down." Kyle askes her. "About 7, You need to go now!" She tells him. Kyle throws off his clothes and puts on a fresh new red T and some cacky shorts. He puts on his shoes and runs out the door.

Kyle runs all the way to Chaos, the first wall. He bursts through the doors, then he reaches Destiny, the second wall. After he runs through Destiny he runs into Sara, Where he finds himself in a white room. Theres a gate on the otherside of the room. This is the room He and Samantha first saw. He presses a button on the wall wich opens the gate, He then runs through as the gate closes behind him. Outside are three other guys, teenagers.

"Well Kyle, doesnt surprise me your late on your first run." One of the guys say. Kyle looks at him while putting on black gloves. "Shut up Zach, Samantha didnt wake me up as early as i thought she would." Kyle says with a smerk. One of the other guys step up. "They were probally up 'doing stuff'." The other guys start luaghing. Kyle chuckles. "You guys are just jealous becuase you cant get some like me." Kyle tells them. "Whats our mission today wimps." Kyle asks.
