I open my eyes as I hear the RV screech to a stop. I manage to put weight on my ankle without it hurting. "We're here?" I ask Aaron who is driving the RV.

"No, Rick wants to take a different way, but I want to go my way. I know these parts, his way isn't going to work." Aaron explains.

"Tell him to come here, so we can talk." I really do not wanna deal with complications this early, joining in with a new group.

Rick walks into the RV doors and explains the situation, how the route he wants to take is faster, but Aaron counters that he knows the route he wants to take.

"Okay, so why don't we put this to a vote, personally, I vote Aaron's way since it seems to be the safest, Rick why don't you talk to your people, explain the situation, and I'll do the same." I calmly say, seeing as tensions seem to be rising.

I walk to the front of the RV and address my group. "Alright, those in favour of the safe way? Hands please." Everyone sticks their hands up. "Okay well, I guess that's it then. Now we just wait for Rick." I hear the buzz of the walky.

"You win, Aaron, we'll follow you, over." Rick sounds disappointed. Aaron starts up the RV, but it chugs out. He tries again, but with no luck.

"What the fuck? Is it dead?" I ask Aaron.

"Seems it. Battery must be dead." Aaron explains.

"Jesse, where did you leave the keys while we were at the house?" I turn and ask him.
"I-in the ignition, but the thing didn't go off. You know, the buzzer thing. But we grabbed the generator so we can charge it up." Jesse looks away, and hangs his head.

"Badger!" I yell, waking him up, "Haul the gen outside, let's get this bitch charging."

Badger gets up awkwardly, and lifts the generator outside, we hook it up and start the charging process, I light a smoke and lean on the RV.

"What if this place isn't safe? What if they're trapping us, stealing our food and shit. What do we do?" Badger questions.

"I already thought of this Badge, and first off, this," I pull my gun out, and shove it in the back of my pants, covering it with my shirt, "is gonna stay hidden. They attack, we fight back. But being somewhere safe, is better than being out here. With them." A group of about twelve walkers are slowly shuffling towards us. I open up the RV door, and get the group's attention. "We got walkers, I need hands."

Skyler, Gus, Jesse and Hank get off the RV and we advance on the walkers. I take one out with my crossbow, pulling the bolt out, and stabbing another in the eye with it. I wipe the blood off my face, and quickly rush over to help Hank, who's fallen and has one on top of him. I stab it in the back of the head, and pull Hank up. The rest of the group finishes killing the remaining biters, and the genny runs out of juice, so we pack it in and go back inside. Aaron starts the RV up, and we continue our journey.

I reach into my bag pulling out a bunch of rocks of crystal, and I grab Badger by the hand and take him into the bathroom.

"You sure you wanna do this now? While there's all these people here?" Badger asks.

I raise an eyebrow at him, "Not that dummy, this," I drop the stuff into his hand, "keep it hidden, don't tell people, and if anyone asks, I dropped it yesterday, okay?" Badger nods his head, and I leave the bathroom. I find Skinny talking with Marie and pull him aside.

"Lemme see your knife, gotta check it for sharpness." I wink at him.

He hands me the knife, and I look it over, reaching in my pocket for the rocks.

"Nice, maybe give it a little sharpening," I pass him the knife, and drop the stuff in his hand, I lower my voice to a whisper, "don't tell anyone, I'm saying I lost it earlier."

I walk away from Pete, and check up on Jesse.

"What were you and Badger doing in the bathroom? I dunno if anyone else noticed, but I did, and I don't like it. " Jesse says with jealousy in his tone.

"Jesse, it's fine. Chill. I was just giving him some of this," I take his hand and put the meth in it, "keep it hush hush, I don't need a repeat of Mr. White, bastard is lucky I didn't knife him right there."

"Aren't you gonna hit with me?" Jesse asks.
"Nah, I don't wanna be high for this. I wanna get a feel for this place, a real feel, you know?"

Jesse nods, "Then I'll wait too, for you. So what do you think it'll be like? Aaron said they have food, and they hunt."

"It'll be nice, Aaron looks pretty clean so they probably have water, hopefully. Food would be amazing. Bagged a deer this morning, but with fucking up my ankle, we couldn't drag it back. Look I gotta tell you something, and you can't tell anyone. There were these guys, in the woods, had W carved on their heads, like some of the walkers we've seen. They called themselves Wolves, were gonna take my supplies, and well, me. Luckily Daryl tracked me, and he put a bolt through one of their heads. When I got the jump on the other one, got his gun, it was empty, so I used my own. Just be careful out there. There are probably more, and some of them probably have bullets."

"Why didn't you tell me about this sooner, you could have died, and I'd have never known, I can't, deal with another Jane. No I mean I can't deal with losing you, you're all I've got any more."

"I'm not dying anytime soon, you don't have to worry about that. If Daryl didn't show up, I'd have thought of something."

The RV slows down, and Aaron announces that we've arrived. I step out of the RV, and take in the sight. The comunity is indeed walled and gated. It looks safe, I could definitely call this place home.

Aaron comes beside me, placing a hand on my shoulder, and smiling, he announces, "Welcome to Alexandria."
