"GOOD MORNING AVIATORS," Jester greeted, unimpressed. All of the pilots sat in a classroom, the quad in their usual row. "We have another instructor here at Top Gun, some of you may know him, he flew in Vietnam, and has two confirmed air-to-air kills. Here is Commander Hayes, call sign; Ghost."
Iceman widened his eyes, taking off his shades. Razor sat in front of him but across the aisle, so he could see the smirk she was trying to hide.
"Thank you Jester," Ghost nodded, coming up to the front of the room. "It's a great feeling to be back here. Aviation is rapidly advancing, you all are the future of the Navy." He spoke.
Ghost noticed Iceman's gaze on his daughter, who was listening intently to his own speech.
"Today we'll go over the techniques of dogfighting, you will be paired up with one wingman at random."
"Hey Razor? I guess I'm sorry about our last hop, it'll never happen again." Maverick said, because of Razor and Dice's luck, they were paired up with Maverick and Goose again.
Razor rolled her eyes. "Yeah, sure it won't. Let's get this over with Mav." She said, looking to her right where Maverick and Goose were in the middle of a conversation.
"Where is he? I don't see him on the radar," Dice announced, talking about Ghost. "Jester is nowhere to be seen either."
"I guess we'll find out eventually," Razor sighed, just as Ghost and Jester each shot up between the two jets.
Razor broke off to the left, following Jester while Ghost trailed behind Maverick.
"Go get 'em Razor! He's right there!" Dice called out.
