two days after daniel told me everything, he taught me a way to contact anybody from the sketchy businesses. you know, gangs, mafias, the black market, just bad people in general.
he also taught me how to get into the business itself. how to get into their websites, and hidden bars and everything. i can't explain it but you get what i mean.
and so once we're here, in this underground club, i will find a way to sneak out for a bit because i know for a fact they'll keep an eye on me. they probably already guessed that i know who they are and what they do.
and then, i will call one of my best friend, to confirm that they really are who daniel said they were. then I'll just have to worry about what they do.
of course, i'm not just gonna call them. i will obviously pretend to a customer or something or someone who wants to start getting involved in their business. if they started speaking different from the way they talked to me then, it's confirmed.
"uh earth to chaeyoung?"
i heard jihyo said and quickly noticed her finger snapping in front of my face.
"oh yeah. what is it again?" i asked. pretending like i just didn't summarize my whole plan in my head just seconds ago.
"let's go to the bar right there and get some drinks. stay with us, you might get lost again" jihyo replied, grabbed my hand and dragged me to the bar just a few meters away from us.
"i'm not going to drink. we're still highschoolers jih, and my mom might find out" i said while she's still dragging me close to the bar.
"she won't find out if you won't tell right? and c'mon chae, have fun sometimes. we're not the only highschoolers who do this kind of things" tzuyu said from behind me. the music's too loud i almost didn't hear a single thing she said.
"I'll just have an orange juice, okay?"
"fine"
when we got to the bar area, they ordered two martinis and an orange juice for me, which i am thankful they did. we slowly sip into our drinks and when they run out of martinis, they started ordering bottles of vodka, gin and other alcoholic drinks.
i am half thankful that they did. i could easily slip away from them once i started doing what i planned. but also half worried because i still prioritize they're safeties.
but i know for a fact they'll be safe. once i set my plan in action, daniel will be there to look out for them. he's at the second floor, looking down at the three of us. he got here minutes before we did and he'll be there to help me.
"you're going to finish all of that?" i asked, a little bit worried for them. won't they get stomach ache and throw up with all that drinks mixed up?
"yeah! why not?"
"won't your parents find out?"
"you know, they won't! they're always busy doing their work to even notice about our existence" tzuyu replied. that is true, of course. i am glad i'm not as rich as the two of them.
"okay fine, whatever. just be careful" i rolled my eyes at them and keep drinking my orange juice.
after a while, i finished my juice and got another one. we move to a sofa with a table in the middle, i don't know what that's called but you get it. i just keep on sipping on my drink while i watch tzuyu and jihyo be loud and dancing in their seats, trying to hit on some guys who literally look like they could be their fathers and just get waste in general.
after a while, they started to calm down and talk to themselves. whisper to each other, actually. and i know for a fact they're talking about their shady business.
and so it was time for me to start doing what i'm here for.
i quietly stand up and left. i went to the back door where the smoking area can be found. i took out my phone and started doing stuff in it to get their business numbers.
"you know that what you're doing is dangerous, right?" someone said from behind me.
i didn't even realize she was there. i was so busy trying to get my friends business numbers.
"mina? what are you doing here?"
"same reasons as your friends" she smiled.

it's been a whileeee!
just started school on Monday and was busy throughout the whole summer that's why i didn't get to update :(( but i had so much fun with my family and of course, spending time with myself <33 i hope you guys do too! and goodluck if ever you're starting school !!
