"what exactly are you doing here?" i asked mina again. i've been asking that question since she arrived.
"is your mom here?"
i rolled my eyes. ohmygod this isn't going anywhere. "dude just answer the question! i have no idea why you keep showing up around me and now, my house!"
she looked at me with her ever serious eyes and a poker face. damn, she can be so scary. "i need to talk to you about the business we're in. you need to know more"
"okay, hold up there. first of all, i am not in your 'business', second, i only find out about what you guys are doing when somebody told me about my friends. i never even want to associate myself with any shady business!" i said, eyes almost bulging out of my eyes and hands in front of my chess in defense.
she rolled her eyes, "when you decided to find out about your friends, you already got yourself in to the business"
"what? i just called my friends to confirm, i didn't do anything other than that!" I tried to explain, frustrated at this point. so does that mean that simply talking to my two gangster best friends meant that i'm already in their shady ass business?! i am not getting anything!
"you're cute when you're frustrated" mina said out of nowhere and definitely out of topic.
my already knitted eyebrows - due to frustration that this woman in front of me, brought - become a lot knitted because of what i heard. what is she tinking, saying that? i am so not good with compliments, especially if it's the same gender giving it to me. now i have no idea how to react.
"what...?"
"sorry just telling you what i think" she puts both of her hands up as if surrendering.
"you shouldn't have!"
she smirked at me "i could date you."
where is this going?! oh my god, she needs to go! like, right now.
my eyebrows raised in disbelief. this isn't the right time to be confused about my sexuality. "you need to go" i said pointing at the door.
she just smirked at me. why does she keeps on doing that? ugh! i should throw her out now, like right now. i don't like how this makes me feel i swear.
i stand up and grab her arm. i dragged her until we're almost out of the front door, but then she suddenly whipped around and grabbed my are, so now we're facing each other. which did not make anything better.
our faces are only inches away from each other. my eyes are wide as hell now, oh my god. someone please stop this woman!
"i like your face"
she smiled at me. like, real genuine smile. but only a little tho. and she was beautiful as hell.
then she walked out of the door with her backpack on and left me there staring at her back, shocked as hell.
