Lily : "..they actually care now"

Lily was having a quick flashback of her parent's mistreatment, she keeps on processing everything that just happened until her head hurts from the thoughts

Lily : "Ouch... i'd better rest, for now"

Lily proceeds to close her eyes as she tries to sleep

A door creak was heard, Lily woke up to see the Doctor checking on her

Doctor : "Hello Lily, how have you been?"

Lily : "my head hurts alot"

Doctor : "the pain might come from overthinking, i suggest you to not think alot yet"

Lily : "Okay.."

Doctor : "if you ever need anything, feel free to press the button next to you, please excuse me"

The Doctor left the room, Lily once again was alone

Lily : "i feel as if my legs are broken.. i didnt got them amputated right!?"

Lily opened her blanket and checked her leg, to her relief, it is still there

Lily : i should sleep

Lily closes her eyes and proceeds to sleep

Lilac woke up infront of her door, still sitting with the same position as last night was

Lilac quickly checks outside her room to see if her parents had come back or not, she then remember the fight that happened the night before

Lilac : "i..hate them, its all their fault"

Lilac grabbed a backpack, she fills it with everything she needs, she wore a grey hoodie so that she wouldnt get noticed, after that she flee away from her house with her open window

Lilac : "i-i should see Lily"

Lilac walked to the hospital where her sister currently rests

Lilac : "{it isnt to early right? The sooner the better they say..}"

Lilac had a few negative thoughts as she goes inside the hospital and heads toward her sister's room

Her whole body were trembling like crazy when she touched the doorknob, trying to open the door

Lilac : "{i need to do it! I need to apologize even if she would never forgive me.}"

With heavy breath and a shaking body, Lilac finally opened the door, there she saw her twin sister sleeping peacefully on the hospital bed

Lilac : "shes..asleep, i cant bother her"

Lilac decided to leave the room before Lily woke up

Lily tried to sleep but then she heard a creak and some heavy breathing, a voice was also heard

"shes..asleep, i cant bother her"

she heard the most familiar voice, Lily quickly opened her eyes, and woke up from her sleep.

There she saw the twin she used to despise so much, was about to leave the room

Lily : "Lilac, its you, isnt it?"

The girl that was about to walk away was startled by the voice of her twin, she turned around and made eye contact with Lily for a few seconds before moving closer to her

Lilac : "Lily... i-..i..so-"

Lilac tried to get a word out from her throat, but how hard she desperately tries, it seems that she couldnt speak a word

Lily : "...lets have err, a talk"

Lily signals Lilac to come sat beside her, and Lilac did what she was instructed to

Lily : "so, your sorry?"

Lilac nodded her head, she keeps on looking at the floor with eyes full of guilt

Lily : "sigh, i guess you guys are the same"

Lilac : "what..do you mean?"

Lilac looked at her sister with a confused stare

Lily : "the same as our "parents", you guys apologized only because i got this accident, the apology doesnt even seems like an apology..its rather like a pity-"

Lilac : "Lily-, i-...i didnt apologize because i pitied you, i guess its really too late to apologize, and this isnt really a great timing, but i really, really meant this apology."

Lily : "what would you..do if i dont forgive you?"

Lilac : "its not a must to forgive me, after all, i dont think i should be forgiven at the first place. I just need to apologize for my cruel actions y'know?"

Lily : "maybe I'll forgive you more earlier than our parents"

Lilac : "Huh?"

Lily : "i cant really forgive you, but I'll just give you a chance"

Tears prickled Lilac's eyes as she heard what her twin has said, she never did expect to be given another chance

Lily : "hm? Are you okay?"

Lilac quickly wiped the tears in her eyes, and smiled widely

Lilac : "y-yeah [sniffles], thanks, Sis"

Lily widens her eyes when Lilac called her Sister, Lily opens her arms and so Lilac gave Lily a warm sorry hug

Lily : "change for the better, okay?"

Lilac : "yeah, once again im thankful"

Lily : "did mom and dad allowed you to go on checking me?"

Lilac : "o-oh that, i..ran away"

Lily : "you?..ran away? Let me guess, you guys got into a fight because of me, correct?"

Lilac : "how did you knew?"

Lily : "just a mild guess"

Lilac : "they had been treating me like shit ever since you got the accident"

Lily : "would you still apologize even if this all never happened?"

Lilac : "i wanted to apologize to you even before the accident, i just didnt knew how to, my ego controls my whole life.. i was an asshole before, i realized it late"

Lily : "atleast you got a chance to realize rather than not realizing at all"

Lilac : "heh, yeah your right"

Lily : "you should get going, wouldnt want to get mom or dad mad right?"

Lilac : "i honestly dont care anymore, i dont wanna stay there"

Lily : "hang in there, we dont have anywhere to live after all"

Lilac : "yeah.."

Lily's head became slightly heavy as she thoughts about what Lilac has been through

Lily : "Ah- the headaches came in, i gotta rest for now"

Lilac : "oh- right, sorry i bothered you-"

Lily : "you didnt bother me, lets meet again someday soon"

Lilac nodded, she stands up from the hospital bed that Lily's laying at and proceeds to go back where she lives

Lily : "thanks Lilac.."

"What are you mumbling about?"

Lily opened her eyes and saw the doctor staring at her with a confused face

Lily : "Oh uh hey"
