Hello Puppets AU: The show goes on

After a long day Pt. 2

Once the girls arrived back home Amra went back to her room and went to the bathroom and took a shower. Her sister at the other hand went back to her room to process everything. "What the fuck had I just saw or experienced?" she muttered to herself as she went over to her bed and flopped herself on the bed. "I mean, puppets, talking, walking and somehow having a life on it own" she said as she got of the bed at started to go to the bathroom outside her room with her clothes.

When Amra came out of the bathroom she went ahead and plopped herself on the bed and decided to turn on her favorite song and play it on her speakers. Amra then heard a knock on the door. "You can come in!" she yelled out so that they know. It was her sister, she came in her room and sat on the edge of her bed. "Sis, What the hell did we-" Adri questioned before her sister interrupted.

"Yes, Yes I know. It's strange" her Amra interrupted "But at least they are good and not bad, right?" "Yeah, but the thing is, How the fuck are they moving?" the older girl asked the younger one as she lays down on the bed. "I noticed that their leg parts aren't hollow. that that means that they aren't robots..?" Adri guessed. "Yep. But can we talk about the rumor." Amra brought it up to Adri but she wasn't quite sure about it.

"The rumor that Matt told us? Ehh... I'm not quite sure about that sis" she doubted on what her little sister said as she added more "But those twins... I bet they know." She assumed as Amra agrees. "Well they both know the CEO very much, Heck, they are related" Amra pointed it out as she continued. "Plus, the look on Matt's face when he noticed them. He looks like he just leaked out a secret or something like that." "His facial expression really does look like that though" she just realized.

Amra checked the time and turned to her sister. "It's almost time for dinner, wanna wait downstairs" "Yea sure" the girls went downstairs to the dining room where they both sat down next to each other and her father sitting across from them while her aunt is in the kitchen. "Hey Amra" Adri whispered trying not to get their father's attention. She hummed in response "Should one of us ask dad about how the puppets are alive?" Adri asked "I'll ask him" she offered.

When everyone's at the table and started to feast on their meals. Amra questions her dad about something. "Uhh.. Dad, How are the puppets alive?" Joseph looked at Amra "Amra, I don't think I'm supposed to tell you this yet. It's a company secret" He answered 'So he does know about it' both of the sisters thought. "Ok, I get it" Amra sighed as she took a bite of her food. Her sister asked another question. "Are the puppets hollow on the inside or not?" she asked her dad as her dad sighed before answering. "Yes, yes they are. They're like regular puppets, but alive". "Hm, Interesting" both of the sisters replied.

After they're done eating. The family helped out with the clean up. Amra puts the leftovers in the containers while Adri puts the dishes and utensils in the dishwasher. Their dad and aunt cleaned the dining room table. They all went to their rooms when they're finished.

Amra get to her room and sat on her bed and checked her messages. There was a notification popped up, it was from Matthew. he sent her an invite in a group chatroom for helpers or volunteers of the HQ. "Hey Amra, the Gubberson twins wanted me to invite you and your sister into the group chatroom (Also send that invite to your sister too, I don't have her contacts)" the text said along with the link to the invite. After reading that text from the boy, she did what Olivia wanted.

A few seconds later, her sister read the message her sister sent her and joined the chat. Once her sister joined the group chatroom, Olivia had started the group call. Both Amra and Adri immediately joined the call just incase there was something wrong with the shooting or something.

Olivia then greeted the Ramos siblings and Oliver introduced to the siblings to two new people. Another girl and boy named Bailey and Cameron and they both said their Hellos. Then they all talked about their time at the HQ, and other things like that. But during the call, Adri private chatted her sister about something.

"Try asking her about the puppets" Amra read the text and she sent a reply. "Hmm.. Ok, I'll try". she then typed in the group chat the question and hoping to get an answer. Olivia then notices the notification pop up then reads the message.

"Oh, Sorry Amra, I couldn't tell you this yet. It's the company's plus my family's secret. But maybe in later on. Just wait a few days or so." She answered the girl as both of the sisters sighed but knows where she's coming from. Oliver then asks them what they think of the puppets.

Amra Answers his question first by typing it into the group chat "Nick Nack, We get along well I like his artsy style. He's basically another me at this point. Riley and Mortimer, although we didn't exactly talk they're alright for now. Lastly, Daisy was good. She's really nice."

It was Adri's turn but she was quite unsure of her answer "Well umm.. I've pretty much stayed with Riley the whole time. I mean I guess Nick and the others were kinda ok from the looks of it." she stuttered while she doesn't know what to say to him. "Hm.. Understandable" he said. Then the others started talking about newer episodes and the storyline or maybe ideas even.

'So the episode are not really made up by just the creators, that's kind of cool' Amra thought to herself finding the idea pretty unique in someway and ideas rush into her mind for this. Olivia also brought up any new rules for the HQ. Amra instantly typed a new rule idea in the chat. "That's kind of a good idea, but a little to risky I guess. I might have to ask my dad if that rule can be made or not." she answers unsurely. 'But that would be good for the puppets and maybe even the assistants' she liked the idea of Amra's new rule.

Later on, the talk came to an end. The teens all said their goodbyes to each other. Amra laid down on her bed staring at the ceiling thinking about the what will happen the next day working in the HQ. Her sister was still thinking about finding the answer to her question. She didn't have the patience for the answer from the Gubberson twins. Tomorrow is another day they say.
