Hello Puppets AU: The show goes on

Just some misunderstanding Pt. 2

While Amra and Adri were down stairs. Joseph came up to the filming floor just to meet up with Nick. While Nick was waiting for his Assistant in his studio. He saw His assistant but not his daughters. His heart sank, and the thoughts came back. 'She's not here, Maybe it is true!' He thought to himself as he walked closer to greet him.

"Hey Nick! What's going on today? " He greeted the puppets but he noticed the puppets looked a little concerned about something. "Where's Amra? Is she here or.. " Nick Nack questioned the man. "Don't worry Nick, both of the sisters are here. You must have gotten along very well if you asked" the man replied to Nick as he picks Nick up and puts him on a desk in his studio.

For a few moments of waiting, The three helpers came in a long with the kids. They all waited for the kids to get ready and when Nick saw her, he felt like he didn't want to be seen by her.

When Amra when to see Nick. He tried greeting her like his usual self "Oh why welcome back, Amra" he said trying to keep his emotions hidden. Amra then waves back but notices that something was off about Nick. Nick then got off the desk told Amra that he has to go somewhere first then he'll be right back. Amra looked back at him as he was leaving with a worried look on her face.

'What's wrong with Nick? He seems to be acting strange' thought to herself. She decided to leave him be for now, left his set up and decided to go to Adri and Riley for some context about what happened. She walked to her lab and knocked the door. Amra looked through the glass wall to see Adri signaling her to come in. She proceeded to come in and Riley questioned her the reason why she came in.

'I was just wondering if you know what happened to Nick.' "I did notice how he's feeling down today, but you might have to ask Daisy about this. I do not know anything about this man." Riley replied to the worried girl. She then thanked the scientist and left but Adri and Riley decided to come along. Riley sat Rosco down and letting him to stay in the lab and they all left the set up.

When they all got to Daisy's set up, Adri called her name and Daisy greeted them "Aww welcome back you two and hello Riley, What brings you here? She asked the three Amra then signs to her about Nick Nack and how he's been acting strange today. Daisy wasn't the one who would spread this information publicly but for that matter, maybe this could help her good friend.

"Alright ladies, I didn't want to tell you all this information but I guess you, Amra, can help him. So I might as well tell you three." Daisy hesitated but proceeds to tell them "Nick Nack said that he was feeling down because he felt like that he was scaring you, Amra. Since you didn't talk, he assumed that you were are afraid of him. " When the southern belle mentioned that Nick was feeling down, The sisters felt really bad. Especially Adri. 

Adri had always find Nick to be a little creepy to her and gave her unsettling vibes but she feels bad for thinking like that once she heard what Daisy told them. Adri had that feeling of guilt for thinking about his appearance. Not long after getting the answer of the artist's strange behavior it was already show time. Riley then leaves them behind as she walks quickly to gets her dog to come.

When the recording was done and the sister's were done with their lunch in the cafeteria, Amra and Adri wanted to stay in the recording room. A few minutes later, they saw Daisy outside of Nick's room like she's waiting for guarding the door. Both of the girls walked to Daisy 'What's wrong with Nick?' Amra signs to Daisy. "The poor man is weeping in there" Daisy responded then Amra signs to her that she'll have to get in his room. 'I'll go in. I'm the reason why he felt that way' Daisy hesitated with that idea but lets her in just in case it would make him feel better. 

Daisy moved away from the door and Amra knocked on his door. "Nikolas, It's Amra!" She yelled out just to let Nick know. He responded but it was inaudible. Daisy then opened the door not knowing what Nick had said and Amra came into his room. He was sitting at his vanity, sobbing and telling her to not look at him. She the came closer to him and hugged him just for comfort and to let Nick that she's not scared of him.

Nick jumped a little from that unexpected hug from the girl he thought feared him. He then hugs her back still sobbing but lesser. Nick also wasn't the type to like physical affection but his time, he felt like he really needed it.

When he had calmed down, Amra then carries Nick and they sat down on a couch in his room and allows him to tell her what's going on with him. The puppet then starts to tell her everything that was in his mind during that. "You know Amra, I had experiences that some people would pick on my appearance, saying that I look creepy and some people are afraid of me. When I found out that it was my looks that scared them I developed an insecurity about it and I sometimes it makes me wonder. Why? Why did father created me to look like this?" 

Amra then signs him that she thinks that he's cool and that Nick is her favorite among the other puppets in the show. She also thought that Owen designed him like this because he wanted a character that stands out from the others. Nick Nack then hugged her and thanked her for comforting him about his insecurity and Amra hugged him back meaning that it was no problem at all.

'I don't really talk because I don't really like hearing my voice' she signs to him as he realized that he was right all along. "So you do have an insecurity about that" He assumed what the girl explained. Amra Nods her head and hummed and Nick says that he now knows and realized that she had made a noise "Well I realized that you just made a "uhm hmm" when you nodded, so that's a start" Nick added.

She then heard Daisy through the door telling them that break time is over. They both left the room and saw Adri and Daisy outside the door then they all walked over to the main set up. Daisy also asked Amra and Nick about their talk. They responded that it was a good talk. once they got to the set up the cameras started rolling and the were filming again.
