It is said that whoever caves in their curiosity to investigate the Amane Clan shall never be found again. Rumors like those spread like wildfire in the Sorcerer Community.

And because of that no one not even a single clan tries to join the Amane Clan's business.
A few people caved into their curiosity and tried to investigate. None of them where ever to be seen afterwards.

It also said to be believed that the clan itself is cursed due to the Queen of Curses residing in their bloodline.
Men who marry into the family are either rich or have inside connections within.

Gojo really wants to know Mizumi alot better and closer, but she never opened up to him. Not even once.
Gojo hired a few people back then to investigate her family.

But they were never found a few days after they launched the investigation.
"Looks like the rumors were true" Gojo mumbled to himself.
Knowing that he himself might have a possibility that he will disappear.

Gojo tried to redo the investigation hoping he would get atleast one sliver small thread of information about the clan.

---

The place was quiet and peaceful. Just like she used to remember, but despite it being peaceful. She never had a good childhood memory in the residence.

Men who treated her female ancestors as tools, even her mother and grandmother.
And because of that her mother was harsh on her.
Because she was a female. And that she is born female.

A male who's born an Amane gets to have the high rankings in the clan instantly, while the females are thrown to be sex slaves, maids and tortured people.

A fragment of Rosa's memories are in Mizumi's memories as well. It has been like this ever since early ages. Since the clan was made it has always been like this.

One of Rosa's female descendant decided to marry a shitty man resulting the whole bloodline to suffer.
Mizumi wondered to herself why the females didn't fight back when they were stronger than the men.

It had always bothered her. They didn't fight for their freedom, for peace they could've had when they had the strength and power to do so.

It felt unfair to her why her bloodline stayed in toxic ways in the clan.
And because of the toxic culture that they had.

She hated her family.
She couldn't find a way to ever forgive them.
She could but she wouldn't.

She wanted to take revenge for what have happened to them.
But her mom stopped her from doing that.
She hated her. Mizumi rebelled and ran away from the Residency.

Never to return again.

But now currently she's here for her younger sister. And only her.

She's not here to greet her father nor her grandfather. They treated her like shit despite them being called family.

She couldn't trust any of them at all.

Reaching at the doorstep of her previous home. Mizumi took a deep breathe before placing her hand on the door to push it open.
As she entered, both nostalgic and traumatic memories came flooding in back her head. Even after all of that though she remained strong. For her younger sister.

Mizumi knocked twice on the living walls as she entered. It was so quiet. Ever since that incident. Only her younger sister and grandmother remains living in the residency.

[A/N: Due take note that everything I write here is impromptu meaning. I had no main plot line except for making my characters suffer. A few games might also be mentioned here. Enjoy:)]

She always wondered how her grandmother takes good and genuine care in the residency when it's literally a humongous area.

Walking around Mizumi tried to look for her younger sister. Until she heard music "Bonetrousle" was playing. How'd she know? She used to play Undertale as a coping mechanism back then. I guess it kinda influenced her sister.

Getting closer to the music she could hear from another room as she entered she could see her younger sister in black shorts, white t-shirt and a blue jacket. I guess she was trying to be like Sans.

"Ehem" she cleared her throat and her sister looked back to see and it immediately filled her eyes with joy and longing "SISTER!" Akaashi (a/n: younger sister's name) immediately ran and jumped onto Mizumi the second she sees her.

Mizumi chuckled and caressed Akaashi's hair softly "You know what theme is cooler?" Mizumi asked, Akaashi immediately looked at her with doe eyes with the hint of curiosity and confusion.

"I'd say, Spamton's battle theme Big Shot is cooler" she answered with joy they both started chanting "NOW'S YOUR CHANCE TO BE A BIG SHOT!" over and over again until they both got tired and just started laughing with what they were doing.

She missed bonding with Akaashi like this for so long. She never had that much time to visit since the school sends her on several missions.

All of them had to be required a Special Grade Sorcerer other than Gojo.
She really couldn't complain since it was also the other way to protect her sister Akaashi.

Mizumi hoped that Akaashi wouldn't be a Jujutsu Sorcerer like her in the near future.
A sorcerer's life is a nightmare. And she doesn't want her sister to go on the same route that she's going right now.

Akaashi still has the chance to choose what's right. Mizumi couldn't do that back then. She was restricted and had to obey if she wanted to keep living.

Mizumi didn't mention her past to Akaashi thinking it might be too much for her to know since she's still extremely young and innocent.

And because of that. Mizumi wanted to protect that innocence for as long as she can.

For as long as she could.
She would do anything to protect her younger sister.

Even if it meant her becoming a killing machine that everyone calls her.
