POV : ROSALIE

After a long day of Alice pulling me around all over town trying on different clothes I was very happy when it all came to an end but my bliss came an end once I saw an unfamiliar face sitting by the front door. I let out a low snarl upon smelling the delicious scent the girl was giving off, a feeling that I haven't felt in years came over me. The hunger for human blood.

The closer the car got to the house the more the scent became stronger and harder to resist I know Alice could also smell the scent and was trying control herself. As the car came to a stop the smell was almost over bearing I hard a hard time stopping myself from running out the car and devour the girl if it wasn't for Alice gripping my arm I just would've. Alice was the first to leave the car with a bright smile and half of her shopping bags then I exited with the other half of bags in my arms. It took every nerve in my undead body to resist the urge to attack the girl. As I got closer to her I noticed how beautiful she was, simply breath taking from her beautiful ocean eyes to her skin and curvy body and back to her puffy pink lips. I watched the girl intently, my eyes not leaving hers for a second.

"Can we help you" I say and before she can respond the front door swung open revealing Edward. He simply said

"She's with me" before pulling the girl up. As they were far about 15 feet away from us the smell was still strong so without thinking I dropped all the bags and ran as fast as I could into the forest putting some distance between the blue eyed girl and myself. Alice chased behind me and as we were far enough from the smell we stopped and let out a sigh that we seemed to have shared, as we continued to catch our breath we failed to notice the whole vampire family 10 feet away from us it wasn't until we heard a groan from Jasper that caused us to look up and to our surprise there was Emmett who had Jasper in a headlock and Esme who had her hands wrapped around Claire's body like a cage.

"What the hell are you guys doing" I questioned and Emmett was the first to reply while Alice rushed to Jaspers side ordering him to unlock her boyfriend

"We had an awfully delicious smelling visitor" I threw the vampire a confused look even though I had an idea of who he was probably talking about so he continued

"We had to run into the forest because these two seemed like they were going to break their animals only diet for the new girl in town"

"I told you guys that their was new comers didn't I? I knew this would happen" Alice said while hugging her now free boyfriend. Emmett now rushed to Claire's side while Esme still had the girl in a tight hold. Unlike us who have been vampires for Centuries Claire was transformed by me after I had found her in a similar situation I went through. And let's just say she doesn't really have the best control of her hungry which is why we figured it wasn't a good idea for her to come to school with us

*FLASHBACK STARTING

I was walking down the cold streets of New York on christmas eve when I found the girl completely naked in a dark alley covered in bruises. She had a swollen face with an black eye, some dark marks on her neck in the shape of a hand, a busted lip, bruised hips, and some blood in her lower areas, it was clear as day what had happened and it looked like it wasn't just one of them it was multiple.

I was conflicted about what to do weather I should transform her into a vampire or let her die because their was not enough time to call the police since her heart rate was decreasing quickly it seemed like the bastards who had did this to her had gave her a severe beating and a concussion which led to a blood clot being developed in the back of her head which was killing her not to mention the freezing cold looked like it they also left her here for about an hour hoping she'd die. The reason why I hadn't transformed the girl immediately was because I was afraid of the fact that she could really want to die at the moment not to mention that she will have that unwanted memory for ever. I decided to let the girl die and be put out of her misery so I wrapped my trench coat around her naked body but as I was walking away the girl gripped my ankles and said to me with her last few breath and tears rolling down her face
