The next day Sian left the house at 6 as she had a corse.Michael knocked on Emily's door at 7:45."Emily it's quarter to 8,time to get up."
Emily came out her room with her makeup and clothes and got ready.Later she walked down stairs and Michael had made her breakfast.She walked in and saw a small glass of orange juice and a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes."Thank you."She smiled.
"That's okay,so what do you have today."
"Um...History with Mr Duns,Dt with Mr Freeman,French with Madame Fleek and English with Mr Clarkson."
"That sounds like an interesting day."
"Yea corse."Emily replied sarcastically.
They carried on eating breakfast."we'd better get going."Michael smiled.They got in the car and started driving."We have a new boy starting in your year today could you help me out by showing him around."
"Yea sure."
"He's in all your lessons by the way."
"What's his name?"
"Jake umm...Jake Reece."
They arrived at school and everyone saw Emily get out Michaels car."
"Oh your Byrnes daughter."Shona shouted.Emily just walked up to the office.Everyone was talking about Emily.Jake was stood there.Same height as Emily,Brown hair,skinny figure."wow."Emily said.
"Hi I'm Jake."
"I'm Emily."
They both stared into each others brown eyes."You got history next with Mr Duns right."
"Yea."Jake smiled.
"Same I'll show you the way."
They walked to History together,Scout was sat next to Phenoix so that sat at the front next to each other.Later on in the lesson some one tapped her on the back and gave her a note it was from Scout.
Hey who's the new guy -Scout
She wrote back
Jake Reece he is super cute and why is everyone staring at me -Em.
They passed it back and it soon came back.
Cus everyone saw you with Mr Byrne and Phenoix kind of said he was your step-dad BTW me and Phenoix are going out -Scout.
Just as she was writing Mr Duns came over."Read the note out."he shouted.
Scout and Emily looked at each other and Scout mouthed make it up."Whos he.Is what someone in here wrote to me so I replied "Jake, I think he's in all our lessons.Is what I replied.Thats it."
"Well you can stand outside so I know you won't be disrupted."
Emily stood outside.Michael and Tom were walking past when they spotted her.They walked over "Why are you out here?"Michael asked.
"Well Scout passed me a note so we kept writing them and I got caught."Emily explained.
"Well maybe next time you shouldn't."Michael said.They walked on the end of the lesson came and they headed to DT.During DT Emily and Jake were talking."Your really sweet Em,I still can't believe your parents work here."Jake smiled.
"Thanks, so what do your parents do."
"Well my dad's a doctor and my mums a vet."
"Wow they must be really smart like you."
Jake grinned.The lesson continued and they went out for break."So do you like it here."Emily said.
"Yea it's cool and your here."
"It's my 3rd day here."
"No way."
"Yea."
"Whys everyone looking at you and laughing."
"Cus they found out who my parents are."
"Do you fancy going somewhere tonight?"
"Yea."Emily smiled.
"We could go to the park,if you want of corse."
"Yea,ill ask Michael."
The bell soon rang for 3rd lesson and they headed there way to French.They got on with the lesson but as it was a cover teacher so they just messed around.They went for lunch but Emily and Jake went to Michaels office and knocked."Come in."Michael shouted.
They walked in "Oh hi Emily,whats up"
"Can I go out tonight with Jake."
"Where you going at what time will you be back."
"Were going out after school so i'll say around 6:30."
"Yea that's fine."Michael said.Jake and Emily walked out.They made their way to the canteen."Why aren't you eating anything?"Scout asked.
"Not hungry."Emily lied.After lunch they made their way to English with Tom."Come in."He smiled.There was a back row so Jack sat at the end and Emily next to him,Scout next to her and Phenoix next to Scout."Your really cool."Jake said.Emily grinned.
"Really."She said confused.
"Something you would like to share with the rest of us."Tom said.
"No sir."Jake said.They both looked at each other and smiled.They kept talking."Okay Jake move next to Zack and Emily move to the empty table in front of my desk."
They moved.The end of the day came and Jake and Emily walked to the park and sat on the swings."I feel like I've known you my whole life."Jake said.
"Me too."
They both kissed each other passionately.Back at the house Michael walked through the door "hi."He said.
"Hi...where's Emily?"Sian asked.
"She gone out with a mate."
"Who?"
"The new boy Jake Reece."Michael said.
They both snuggled up and watched Home and away.
"I don't know why you like this rubbish."Michael said.
"It's my turn choosing the tv,and anyway football is rubbish not my soaps."Sian laughed.Later on that evening Emily walked in."Hi."She said fast.
"So how was your date."Sian said smiling.
"It wasn't a date,just a boy and a girl hanging out."
"So date."Michael said.Emily just shook her head and sat down."Teas going to be ready soon."
"I've had a tea with Jake."Emily lied.
"Oh okay."Sian smiled.
Emily ran upstairs and sat texting Jake all night it was a good job she has unlimited texts,but why did she lie about having tea?Why do you think she's lying about eating?
