Chapter 4.

If you had a superpower what would you choose?

ALESSIA POV:

All I can think is 'fuck that's Dante'

-an hour and bit ago

The alarm goes off and I get out of bed, since this was a last minutes move in with my brothers I didn't know I had to bring my Nyx outfit.

But I have sheds all over the place, filled with things I could need for missions and fights.

I grab my phone and lock the door to my room, putting the pillows under the blankets just in case. And you know how these bitches are in the mafia?

Well I put a note saying 'if you are reading this it means you should jump off a cliff and do a flip, I haven't been kidnapped you dumb bitches. If some did try they're be on the floor with a knife between their 3rd and 4th ribs. But I did go out, where? Non of your concern you privacy invading hoe. Be back later. -Alessia xx'

I put the note onto the pillow then put the blanket over top. Before going onto my phone and shutting down the security cameras. I go to the balcony and head down to the ground.

You know this mafia really need to update their security systems and bring out more gaur- maybe don't I still need to get out. 

Once out of the houses grounds and I'm out of view I turn their cameras back on and walk not far till I get to one of my sheds. No one guards it since it's small and there no need to.

I go inside, change and head to the garage where I have a bike. I get on and ride to the location.

When I get to the door I knock and a someone opens it. "Go back home girl this is no place for a young lady" he tells me. I smile grabbing his arm and holding on the same way I held Rose's earlier making him wince. "Nyx, Devil of the night" I say in a questioning tone but it's not a question, his eyes widen, "b-but your a girl" he says. I haven't put my mask yet, but I'll do it inside. I always like seeing their shocked faces when they find out I'm just a girl.

"Really? I never noticed" I sarcastically said letting go of his arm and he is quick to move letting me through. I head to a back room to prep and warm up.

Kyra couldn't be here since her Sister updated security around their home and she can't sneak out, she's the Triad/Chinese Princess along with being my second in command and manager for my fights.

I warm up for my matches, I have 3 tonight. When my first match is about to start I go to the side of the ring and wait.

"Now to introduce our fighters!" The Referee says and the crowd goes wild. "First- our reigning champion The Panther!" he says and the crowd goes wild. He won't be for long and what a weird name, be more creative than that.

From where I'm standing I can't make out the person I'm going to fight but I'll have time for that when I get up there.

"And second we have-"The Referee stops when he looks at my name before he works up the courage to say it aloud. "Second we have... Nyx!" He yells. And the crowd goes silent.

Nyx is the goddess of the night, even the king of gods' Zeus is afraid of her. She is Chaos's daughter as well. The unknown, mystery, fear, and all associated with everything "from the darkness." are related to her. 

I step into the ring and I get a good look at my opponent, in the back of my mind all I can say is 'fuck that's Dante'

Oop well that's going to be fun to deal with later... oh well.

We come closer to shake hands and we do so. We get into our fighting stances. The referee brings his hand up between us before slashing it down to start the match.

We circle each other for sometime as we both analyse each other. I can tell he puts most his weight on his left than right foot but I can tell he can't find anything on me due the frustrated look on his face.

After some more time of waiting for me to attack he goes in for it. Aiming to right hook jaw but I dodge and in the moment I decided to play with him. He goes for several more hits but I just dodge and hit him to face the other way.

A few more minutes pass and I start to get bored so I decide this round has come to an end. When he goes for the next hit, instead of just dodging I also grab his arm. Twisting it so he faces the other way then bring him down to the floor holding him there till the the ref says I win.

When I stand up the ref holds my hand and up and shouts "The winner is Nyx!". As the crowd shouts, I shake him off and look around. Noticing both Elijah and Matteo watching both me and Dante, switching their gazes between the two of us.

I quickly jump out of the ring and head to the back room. Grabbing my bag and go to head out only for someone to stand in front of me. "I have a proposition for you" he says meaner than when we first met.

Without letting him explain I say "no" the in my business voice that's different to my regular one. I got to step around him but he just steps back in front. "I saw your skill back there. We need people like you in our mafia" he says.

Was this guy really trying to get me to join his mafia? Yes obviously you dumb bitch.

"As I said,no. So I suggest you get out of my way before you end up worse than your brother"  I say.

Dante was wearing a mask in the ring so no way I could tell it was him. I shove past a confused Elijah, who I could feel turned and drilled his eyes into my back.

I collect my money and leave the grounds not bothered to do the rest of my matches. I head back to the shed taking a quick shower and changing just in case someone was in my room finding me missing. I shut off the cameras to the Romero Residence before sneaking back up to my room.

And lucky no one come in or found my bed empty.

I've never done a fight scene before that's why I made it short, But pls leave feedback so I can improve
