Eric POV
I smiled down at her giving her a hug as she walked into the room. She had a bad day at work and I made her feel better by cooking her favorite meal which she also had in her hand. " kiss" she pouts cutely and so I lean down and give her a nice juicy kiss. " mwah" we say at the same time. The whole week we've been together we've been growing closer and I even cuddled her yesterday. " are you leaving again today?" She asked from her side of the end and I nodded and she smiles at me. " okay be safe" she says cheesing as I walk over to her. You see why I wifed her up, not just cause I bought her, I could have left it at buying her but after holding conversations and FaceTime calls for a year she's really helped me change, I still get stupid angry over my time being played with and people acting clueless but mamas really got me in touch with my feminine side and I go soft for her most of the time.
" I'll be back around one or two" I say giving her a kiss and she tried to feed me a bite so I took it. " thank you B" I say making her smile as she looking into me eyes. " you're welcome babe" she says before turning her attention to the T.V. Blue is not too clingy, but she quickly learned that when I have to go she'll just have to wait until I get back. I give her one last look before disappearing out the door closing it behind me. I dap up Bosely because he knew the deal. Getting in the car with Ice he drives us to the club. " oh hey Eric" a random groupie touches my arm.
I won't lie before Blue turned 18 I did use to entertain them but now I'm a married man and I can't be getting caught up like that. " hey Eric, we should hang again sometime" another touched my shoulder as we both passed each other by. By the time I was done mingling and got to my office I had been here for an hour and needed an update on my wife make sure she was okay. " hey can you get an update for me on Blue" I ask Paris and he leave out the office to make a phone call. I try not to check up in Blue too much but she has no idea the type of life she married into, and I don't need her knowing just yet and I warned Erica on that as well, her friends may have told her bits and pieces but none of them truly know either.
" Blue and Bosely are no longer in the home, they left with Bailey and her security" I sigh upon hearing this Bailey knew the most and I'm sure she was going to try and warn Blue that I was not faithful prior to our wedding. Technically still not faithful but I'll break off my affairs when I get the chance, when the times right. I could really do it soon considering since the wedding two weeks ago I haven't had penetration sexual relationships with them. Old habits die hard but I'm trying to change for Blue.
Blue POV
It was late and yet we were having dinner, again. I was pretty hungry so I accepted. The topic then got on our husbands. " I know he does" I say when Bailey hinted that her husband stepped out on their marriage. " how do you know already?" She paused when I said this. Many people easily forget " my father is one of them" I seen it all, my mom coming home crying, we'd cry together sometimes. " I've learned long ago, even though you can't help it, your tears mean nothing to them" she pouts. " but did you know that you have something within you that makes you powerful against them, more than even I know or understand" I smile at her kind words.
" why do they even marry us if they're going to continue the lifestyle they were already accustomed to? I really like him and I don't want to be crying because he's not coming home" she shrugs. " even theses days he doesn't come home I get beside myself. I'm already beside myself he leaves so frequently I'm sure there's another woman, maybe even more than one. " all we can do is hope they keep coming home" Bailey says and I nod knowingly. " at least they care, I've seen several text come through on your phone" she nods and sighs. Just watching my mother grow up I know it's not enough. That's just the life of a gansters' wife. It's not for the weak my father has shown me that. He really does love her but the life comes with many perks he indulges in and temptations he gives into sometimes.
" so what does your mom do to cope?" I find a twinkle in my eye as she asked this question. " you play their game back, we hold so much power within us, and as dirty as they may get, they don't want to lose us" she nods as I spit the knowledge I've gathered from years of watching. " they do need us but thugs stray and you'll argue because you can't help it but they do have a lot of love for us" she smiles at my knowledge. " just made me feel ten times better about my marriage" I nodded smiling " glad I could help" we ended dinner on a great note and I went back home.
Bailey POV
I smiled at the newfound confidence Blue has given me, it may be her first rodeo but she's had lots of scenarios and prior experience and practice to be perfectly prepared for her marriage. Only thing is she didn't know how husband but she knows what he might do. " hey babe" I say as my security guard Landon opened the door and I see Oliver in the living room watching Tv. I was surprised he was home. Until I check the time, it was pretty late going into the early morning almost one am. " hey where'd you go?" He asked as I came over and kissed him. " oh just met up with Blue, she's super nice" he smiles and nods. Slight worry in his eye, was he worried I was hurt, or worse. " I should have called I'm sorry, I should have called" i say and he stands up causing me to step back. Don't get me wrong I love my husband but they were all very intimidating. " shoot a text or a call next time" was all he said before kissing my forehead and going upstairs. I let out a breath before I followed suit to turn in for the night.
