Blue POV
Watching as he opens the door for me.
What was his angle.
I was still highly upset that he stepped out on me with not one but three females.
Watching as he walked around and got in the driver seat. He pulls off after putting his seatbelt on.
" I know I messed up bad, and the fact that your in the car with me, gives me hope that I can fix it, I'm guessing I'm asking to start over, get to know you like I should have the first time, spend time with you" he says and I tired to hide my smile.
Turning my head out the window so he didn't see my smirk I nodded. " yeah that sounds good and all, but you got to give me some time to prove that I can trust you again" I say turning back to him.
I was falling for him, and then he just breaks me love and trust by revealing he was seeing three other woman. Was all the time he would go out he a lie? I will question in the back of my mind when he leaves was it to be with another woman? Or was it actually business being handled. Did these woman work for him? He revealed one does, does he always mix business with pleasure.
Does she still work for him? What about the one he didn't mention a lot. " what are their names?" I asked looking back at him. He looked from the road at me for a split second.
" you want to make this work I want complete transparency Eric" I say calling him by his name.
" I need to know" I added and he looked at me again as the light turned Green and back at the road.
" Carli, Eliza and Topin" I nodded tucking those names into my bank.
We pulled up to a building that looked like a warehouse where a couple other cars were parked.
" where are we?" I asked when he cut the car off and got out. Watching him walk over he opens the door and held his hand out.
" where are we?" I asked again not budging. He didn't tell me anything just got the car moving and we came here. " this is one of my safe house, I know you don't trust me anymore but Blue I would never put your life in any type of danger" he says and I sigh getting out the car myself.
Walking behind him he goes inside a door which lead to an area where there were two people talking. " oh hey" they say eyeing me as they dap him up. He grabs my hand as they open the door and leads me through it behind him.
We walked down a tunnel and at the end he opens another door with two more men on the inside. " what's good" he says dapping them up before he points to me. " this here is my wife Blue, unaccompanied access to any and all of my properties" he tells them and they look at me and nodded.
" anything for you Boss" they daps him up and we keep walking. He lets go of my hand after that and we turn into an open area of what looks to be a bunker mansion, which I could assume went into the ground instead of going up.
" hey Erica" I say and she smiled coming to hug me as she shoots a look to Eric. " did you too know that Eric was having an affair, was I the only one in the dark ?" I asked her the look on her face told me everything I needed to know.
" right I'm gonna go explore, cool off" I say began I began to walk off in a random direction.
Eric POV
I saw Erica and Blue talking but then Blue walked off. I began to perk up and prepare to follow her. " don't, she needs to cool off" Erica says placing her hand on my shoulder to stop me.
I sigh as she leads me over to the couch. " not one of your goons is going to let anything happen to her, we see how much you care about her, it's really sweet actually" she says and I scoff. " me care nah" I say shaking my head and she nodded. " yeah you care" she mocked me in the same tone. I looked at her and she had her lips pursed at me in a knowing fashion.
" mhm, I've never seen you, you know look at any woman the way you look at her" she says and I sighed knowing she was right. " if it was any other woman not only would you not have told her about the affairs, you definitely wouldn't have stopped them either, you care about her, and there nothing wrong with that" she says and I nodded.
" okay alright, so maybe I care just a smidge, I'm too deep in these streets Erica, you know that, I'm no better than her father" I say and she nodded. " but you can get better, you just don't want to, how did you even get her here in the first place?" She asked sounding as shocked as I was.
" she came over to get the results of us getting tested" I said and she pulled her head back. " she made you get tested, and you did, yet you say you don't care, you right continue" she says when I glared at her because that's want the point right now.
" she wanted to know the result and for a second I didn't know if I was going to lose her, because I know I slipped up Carli a few time and who knows what she could have gave me that I could have gave to Blue" I say and she nodded " open up the results I'm clean, I go ' well how can I make it up to you' I kinda want this to work you know I told her I love her Erica and she said she loves me too" I say and Erica smacks her lips.
" you did not try to manipulate that poor girls feelings by pulling the love card after you found out you didn't have any STD's" she hissed smacking my chest. " Erica she was still wearing her ring after not being home, not texting for three weeks, I dropped everything today just to be with her and try to fix it, I said get in the car and she did, I'm still shocked myself that she did, I know I gotta make it right though, can't have shit fucked up at home, that's how you start slipping on business" I say and she nodded.
I was going to find a way to make it up with Blue, also knew that I was going to have to go slow, she was still hurt by my actions and that's as understandable. " she's changing you for the better, keep her around, I like her the most" she says getting up and walking to the kitchen. Leaving me with those words and my own thoughts.
