Vegas started crying. He felt his soul had left with Pete's departure.
He was angry at himself.
The only things he knew about Pete was his dead mother and his interest about stars and moon.
He began to slap himself for not asking anything to Pete. He didn't even ask Pete's number. Because he was confident that Pete will be the only person he will spend his rest of the life.
But it was all shattered now due to his overconfidence. At the same time he was confused of Pete's behaviour.
Suddenly he remembered the phone call pete made during their journey. (This happened in chapter 2 in case you guys don't remember) .
He remembered Pete speaking 'I will be there sharp at 7p.m'.
Vegas saw his watch it was 6p.m. So he got in his car and started to search for Pete in every possible events that may start at 7p.m.
But he couldn't find him anywhere.
Suddenly his phone started ringing. Though he hoped that it might be from Pete, it was from Vegas's friend Kinn.
Vegas came to thailand to attend kinn's brother tankhun's wedding. It was his engagement today.
He completely forgot about it. A thought struck him. Pete may go to the same function as it was also at 7p.m.
So he rushed back to his room. He took a quick shower and changed into a white suit and he made his hair to make him most handsome man in the world.
( Though he is already handsome enough😍. I imagined vegas in this suit).

He took the invitation and left the room to the hotel Elite where the function is taking place.
He was excited as well as worried that this may be the beginning of his relationship if he saw pete or maybe the end if he didn't see him there.
This was the only last hope he had. Upon arriving there, kinn welcomed Vegas along with his brother kim.
After chitchatting with kinn vegas started his search. It might be considered impossible to search in a large area as it was flooded with people.
But vegas was not suprised.
Because after all it is the engagement between two richest families in Thailand.
There were many camera mens capturing the occasion in their camera, many waiters serving wine to the guest, many musicians playing music, many dancers dancing according to the songs, etc.
But nothing can stop vegas from reaching his Pete. So he analysed the sitting guests by row by row to see Pete.
Some might have thought he is a bodyguard but vegas is too hot to be a bodyguard 😘.
Then he checked in dining area to see if Pete is there. He stood beside the southern dishes to see if Pete may come to eat there.
As he already checked in the parking area on his way in. The only remaining place is restroom.
He went to restroom. But he came across a familiar face. It was khun Wat, the policeman.

When seeing vegas wat immediately recognised him and shook his hand with him. He was happy to see the man who saved his daughter, twice in a same day.
After biding him farewell, vegas checked every part of the area where the function is going on.
Suddenly Vegas's hand was grabbed by someone. It was kinn.
Seeing Vegas's face kinn asked 'Are you ok dude?'.
Vegas assured him that he was okay. Then kinn took vegas to stand near him in the side of the aisle.
It was time to introduce the couple to the crowd. At first tankhum was called upon the stage and he walked proudly signalling hearts to the people.
Then the host called tankhun's fiancé to come upon the stage.
Throughout this time Vegas didn't pay attention to what was happening. He focused on finding Pete among the people standing near the aisle.
But his eyes fell on someone. It was on the fiancé.
He was none other than Pete, the same guy with whom vegas fell in love at first sight and also his first love.
