She was about to bang on the door again, when someone grabbed her wrist, making her turn, coming nose to nose with a very unhappy son of Hades.

"Oh shit."

"di Angelo, what are you doing here? And let go of me!" Annabeth growled, yanking her wrist out of his grip.

"I'm not here for you, I'm here for Percy, now get out of my way and fuck off or I will send you on a one way visit to my father." The son of Hades growled, fire in his Tartarus black eyes.

She rolled her eyes. "Whatever." Annabeth stomped away from the cabin in a huff.

Nico sighed and knocked on the door softly. "Percy, it's Nico, open the door." He got no response. Figuring that the sea child was probably either asleep or just didn't hear him, he knocked a little louder. "Percy? Open the door." He called again. Again, he got no response.

Becoming worried, Nico decided to shadow travel into the cabin, even though he knew it was against Percy's privacy, and he respected the son of Poseidon, he was too worried to care and wanted to make sure everything was alright.

Oh how wrong he was.

On the floor of the Poseidon cabin, layed the sea child, passed out and very skinny, looking almost malnourished.

Nico's eyes widened once they landed on the son of Poseidon. "Percy!" He ran over and kneeled next to the sea child, checking his pulse, feeling his slow breathing and heartbeat.

The son of Hades picked Percy up easily, with Nico's training in the Underworld, and now Percy being the size of a toothpick.

Nico shadow traveled to the infirmary, the son of the sea god cradled against his chest. "Will!"

The forementioned son of Apollo looked up in surprise, "Nico, what- oh my god, Percy!" Will rushed over, taking Percy's pulse. "Get him on the bed, I'm gonna give him some Ambrosia." Will said, rushing around the infirmary room.

Nico gently layed Percy on the bed, not leaving his side.

"What's wrong with him?" He asked the son of Apollo.

"He's unconscious and suffering from severe malnutrition and dehydration. I heard that Annabeth didn't let him eat, but I didn't think it was this bad...I should have seen it sooner!" The blonde said, putting Percy on an IV.

"This should get his hydration back to normal, then we can start him on liquid foods whenever he wakes up." Will said. "I'm staying here." The son of Hades didn't leave room for argument, and anyone who looked into his eyes would be smart enough not to.

"He's probably gonna be here for a while, because of how bad his hydration and malnutritment is." Will said.

Nico stayed by Percy's side as he had said, sitting in a chair next to the bed, holding the son of Poseidon's hand in his own.

Hazel, Jason, Piper, Frank, and Leo came in a while later.

"Oh my god!" Hazel gasped in horror as she saw the state of her best friend.

Piper hugged her as both girls started to weep for their friend, their respective boyfriends comforting them, along with Leo, who patted both girls on the back gently, wiping a stray tear from his grease covered cheek.

"What happened to him?" Jason asked, barely being able to stand the sight of the deathly thin son of the sea.

"It looks like he's been starving himself for days. He's extremely malnutrished and dehydrated." Will explained.

"Annabeth did this! I've seen her hit Percy for eating food around her before!" Leo exclaimed.

The son of Hades's head snapped up to look at the firebug.

"What?!"

Jason nodded in affirmation. "She does it regularly. We all just assumed that Percy had food stashed in his cabin like everyone else does.....we shouldn't have been so blind and naive...." The son of Jupiter sighed sadly.

Nico growled, his fists clenched. "Chase is going to pay for this. I don't care what I have to do." He seethed.

The four other demigods stayed with their friends for a while, before eventually leaving for dinner.

Nico and Will staying to keep an eye on Percy.

Well, Will stayed to keep an eye on him, Nico just refused to leave.

"His vitals are slowly going back up, that's good. That means he's coming back around and should be waking up soon."

Nico sighed in relief, holding Percy's hand in his own, looking at how small and pale the son of Poseidon's hand looked now, compared to how he used to look, toned and tanned.

Will eventually left for dinner, promising to bring something back for Nico, but the son of Hades brushed him off.

Nico looked down at the son of Poseidon, gently brushing the black hair away from his face.

"What happened to you, amore?" He asked quietly, not expecting an answer.

Nico sat in thought for a while, before a squeeze of his hand brought him back.

"Percy?"
