Third person pov:
It started off as just another day at Camp Half-blood, everyone did their own thing, hanging out with siblings and friends, practicing with their weapons and powers, doing whatever demigods do when they aren't fighting for their lives in a war
A certain blonde daughter of wisdom walked to cabin 3, the Poseidon cabin, where her boyfriend resided.
She banged on the door in a huff. "Perseus Jackson, you've already made me late for breakfast, so you better get out here before I drag you out of their myself!" She yelled, banging her fist against the door some more.
The door opened to reveal the two time Savior of Olympus, Percy Jackson, his hair ruffled from sleep, as he yawned and rubbed his eyes. "Sorry, Annie, I overslept again, I just haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately..." He said, stretching.
Annabeth rolled her eyes, "Whatever, I don't care about your lame excuses, hurry up before I miss breakfast completely, or I'm gonna make you miss lunch!" She huffed, already walking to the dining pavilion, not bothering to wait for him.
Percy ran after her.
The rest of the Seven joined them, Percy sitting next to Annabeth, Leo next to Percy, Jason across from Leo, Piper next to Jason, Hazel beside Piper, Frank next to her, and Reyna on Annabeth's other side.
Percy looked around "Hey, where's Nico? He said he'd be here at breakfast-" Annabeth cut him off. "Who cares? It doesn't matter where he is, he's probably lurking in the shadows like a creep." She scoffed.
Percy frowned, "Hey, don't say that about Nico, you know he doesn't like being in crowds, and he likes his space-" Annabeth cuts him off again, "Why do you care so much about him anyways?" She glared at him.
"He's my friend, and he's still considered part of the Seven because without him, we all would have died, and he's one of us!" Percy replied, defending his friend.
Annabeth hits him upside the head with her hat "Stop being a dumbass for once and pay attention. di Angelo can take care of himself, and besides, he doesn't give a shit about you, not like anyone would."
Hazel watched this with concern, "Annabeth, he's only being a good friend and a considerate person."
Annabeth rolled her eyes again, "Whatever."
Percy remained silent for the rest of breakfast time
Timeskip: A few weeks later
To say Annabeth's mood was improving, would be an understatement, in fact, anyone would say it's getting worse, especially whenever Percy's around
The other campers and the remaining Seven have also noticed that Annabeth keeps on hitting Percy, either with her hand, or whatever she's holding at the time, sometimes without warning and for no reason. She hit him in the back of the head with a book just because he had doezed off with his head layed against the table.
Everyone was concerned, moreso for Percy, because he was just letting it happen, but it wasn't only that
Whenever Annabeth was around, Percy refused to eat, and when she wasn't around, he still refused because he "wasn't hungry".
Annabeth would both physically and mentally abuse him, by hitting him and belittling him all the time. Percy barely left his cabin over that time, and Annabeth was always seen hugging up on some Ares camper when Percy wasn't around.
One day, the other Seven got together outside cabin 3, Annabeth was with that Ares camper, and Percy had himself locked in his cabin, refusing to come out, no matter how much his friends beggef and pleaded with him
"Percy please come out, you've been in there for five days now, and you have to be starving, you need sunlight, being locked up in your cabin isn't good for you." Piper tried her charmspeak on him, but it didn't work as usual
Hazel thought for a second "Percy, you don't want me to tell Nico your locking yourself in your cabin, do you? What would he think?"
Percy's voice was muffled behind the door of his cabin, but they could still hear the panic in his voice. "H-He doesn't care about me!"
"Of course he does! Your his friend, Percy! Nico cares about you alot!" Hazel said.
'he cares about you a lot more than you think, Percy' Jason thought to himself, his mind flashing back to their encounter with Cupid, or Eros in Jason's case, being a roman.
Hazel sighed and turned to look at the rest of the group. "That's it. I'm Iris Messaging Nico right now." She said, as the others nodded in agreement.
"Annabeth is getting into his head, making him think we don't care about him. What happened to her? She used to be nice to be around, now she's just a bitch. Sorry about my language, Hazel." Piper said.
"It's fine, I'm used to it from Nico, so cursing doesn't really faze me anymore." The golden eyes girl said.
The group went into the Hades cabin, and sat down, Leo fishing a gold dracema out of his pocket and handing it to Hazel, who went over to the small black marble fountain in the corner of the room, which was put in thanks to Tyson and Percy.
She opened the window so the sunlight would shine on the mist to make a rainbow, and she threw the dracema in "Oh Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow, please show me Nico." She asked.
The IM soon showed her half brother, who was looking down, seemingly concentrated on something.
"Nico!" Hazel called.
The son of Hades looked up and saw the IM. "oh, hey Hazel, what's up? There a problem at camp?" He asked, his voice much deeper since the Giant war.
Hazel took a breath. "Yeah.....but your not gonna like it."
"Why? What's wrong?" Nico asked, now looking at his half sister.
"......It's Percy." Nico dropped what he had been working on at Hazel's words.
