It was a normal day in Musutafu Japan, with a 17 year old teen named Izuku Midoriya who was sitting in class working on his hero journal talking about Mt ladies debut and her quirk. He continued to write on how useful her quirk was but at the same time about how limited it was in cities since she causes lots of property damage.
"Hello class" said the teacher entering the room looking over the whole class with a smile before her eyes landed on Izuku and a scowl formed since he was quirkless. "Today I need you to fill out these forms telling me what you wanna be when you grow up... But who am I kidding I know you all wanna be heroes" she then threw the papers in the air.
"YEAH!!!" The whole class erupted in cheering except for two students, one named Katsuki Bakugo since he knew he was the best and the other being Izuku who didn't have a quirk.
"Pssh don't lump me in with the rest of these extras teach, the best they can do is be some D lister cannon fodder heroes" said Katsuki standing up with a arrogant smirk adorning his face.
"Hey we can be heroes!".
"Yeah what gives you the right!".
"Anyone of us can be a hero Bakugo!".
"SHUT UP!! all of you are beneath me and shouldn't even try to be heroes!!".
"Well Bakugo you did apply for UA hero course and with your extremely powerful quirk I know you'll be an amazing hero" said the teacher with a smile.
The whole class went quiet before they broke out into whispers about how UA is the best hero college in all of Asia, it has a 0.03 acceptance rate and even then you'd have to get past UA's hero tests where only 40 students out of 2000 will make it to the hero course.
"I aced all the mock tests and with my quirk UA is the only school worthy of me and soon I'll be leaving this dump of a highschool for something better and in 3 years I'll be taking All Mights mantle as number one hero in the world".
The teacher smiled happily seeing that when Bakugo does graduate from UA and becomes the number one hero she'll be known as one of the teachers that taught him. She was knocked out of her daydreaming when her eyes landed back on the paper and she saw another name on it that made a frown form before a sickening grin formed. "Oh my it seems that Midoriya also applied for UA hero course as well even though he doesn't have a quirk".
The entire room went silent again as they looked at Izuku who tried to shrink down and become invisible. They all broke out laughing and pointing at him with most verbally insulting him.
"Haha Midoriya becoming a hero as if! I'd have a better chance at beating All Might with a spoon than Midoriya does of even walking on UA's grounds".
"Hah he's quirkless so what would he even do to save someone? Cry!?".
"Hey maybe he can call his fat mom to help so they can both cry about the problem!".
They all continued to insult him and Izuku looked down and clenched his fists and deep down he felt a massive well of nothing but pure hatred all but screaming to be let loose.
If anyone looked closely they would've seen some of the objects in the room started to lift off the ground because of Izuku's anger rising and his emotions getting out of control.
"DEKU!!!!!" Screamed Katsuki slamming his fist onto Izuku's desk with a explosion that made everything fall back down again unnoticed. "THE REST OF THESE EXTRAS HAVE QUIRKS UNLIKE YOU SO WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN EVEN ATTEMPT TO ENTER UA!!!".
"W-well t-t-they made i-it so quirkless p-people can try as w-well" said Izuku before he was punched in the face which knocked him out of his chair.
"I DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THAT YOU WORTHLESS FUCKING DEKU!!! YOUR NOT EVEN WORTHY OF BREATHING THE SAME AIR AS ME LET ALONE ENTER UA!!!!".
