Chapter 3

We all started walking out

"Thats what pennywise does right he fucks with us so Stanley's probably fine" Eddie says to us

I look away you could guess why..

"Hey Mike do you have stans number?" Bev asks
"Yeah" he replys

A kid comes up from behind us
"Hey richie!" The kid calls out
"How'd you uh how'd you know my name?" He stutters

The kid does a slight smile
"The funs just beginning right?" We look at the kid
They both just stand there staring at eachother as the kid keeps smiling

"Wait a second.." Eddie starts to say
"Listen you think this is funny right think this some sort of game huh? Well fuck you!" He says loudly grabbing the kid

I look around people staring
"Hey richie man"
"Christ be careful dude"

"Fuck you I'm not afraid of you!" He carrys on

The kid looks at him like he's crazy
"The funs just beginning? The line from your act dude I'm a fan" he says stepping back as richie let go of him

Richie looks behind him as two people walk towards the boy
"Those your parents?" He points now calm the boy nods "yeah"
"You want a picture?" Richie smiles

"You okay Dean?" The man asks
"I think I'm good" looking back at richie while walking away

"Come on" the man says giving richie a weird look
"Okay cool good kid" he says awkwardly as they walk away

I give him a look
"Seriously richie? You don't remember a line from your own show" I say
"I dont write my own material.." he replies
"I fucking knew it I fucking knew it!" Eddie points at him as we walk out

When we get outside bev decides to call stans number
"Hello? Mrs uris my names beverly Marsh I apologise for calling but I'm an old friend of your husband" she says

"You lied to us that's not okay!" Eddie says to mike
"Yeah first word out of your mouth should've been 'Hey man you want to come to derry and get murdered because then I would've said no" richie also says

I just stand there listening
We then start listening to what mrs uris says
"Uh he passed." She stutters trying to cry
"When did it happen?" Bev asks
"Yesterday it was horrible the way he died his wrists,the bathtub" she paused "I'm sorry I have to go.." she starts sobbing

I look at the shocked faces of them all
I didn't know what to say
"We're all very sorry patty.."
"Thank you.." she hangs up
"Stanley..pennywise he knew before we did!"

"We have to stop it..I have a plan" mike starts to say
"I got a plan getting the fuck out dodge before this ends worse then one of bills books" richie says
"Who's with me?" Eddie raises his hand

"We made a promise to eachother!"
"Lets unmake the promise!"

"Other people are gonna die" ben says
"Other people die every day man we don't own this town shit! Plus I just remembered I grew up here like two hours ago so im fucking leaving! Fuck this" richie walks off

"Sorry man I'm with richie" Eddie says
"Guys please listen"
"What we stay? We die that's it I'm gonna back to the Inn im gonna pack my shit and I'm gonna drive to my home sorry man good luck" Eddie then walks off

"Oh Eddie please Eddie please Hey wait!" Mike yells
"Why don't you guys fucking ever listen?!" I groan
"Because I don't wanna die!" Richie yells

For fuck sake

"I'm gonna go with bev and Ben ok? I'm not packing my shit I'm just gonna go to the Inn" i hug him
"Glad to see you again carla" he smiles i smile back and walk off with Ben and bev
