"Mark...I'm sleepy" I say as I move closer to him. It was around twelve and we where in his room watching "The Fault In Our Stars" Ive seen it like three times but Mark has never even heard of it.
"You want me to carry you to your room or do you wanna sleep with me?" He asks and I nod.
He pulls the covers over me and I half lay on him and half lay on the bed. He wraps his arms around me and I let sleep take over.
I soon dream that I am back at home in my bed. My dad is over top of me hitting me and I scream in panic. My own scream wakes me and I'm back in my new room. Mark rushes in with a bat and flicks on the lights.
"Whats wrong?" He asks and I feel tears roll down my cheeks.
"Please... don't leave me." I say and my voice cracks.
"What happen baby" he say as he turns the light off and lays next to me.
"It... it was...dad." I say and he puts his arm around me as tears roll down my face and soft cries escape from me.
~<>~<>~NEXT DAY~<>~<>~
I wake up today completely lost. Theres some stranger laying next to me and I'm in a room I don't recognize. I lay there for a minute letting my eyes adjust to the brightness around me.
My drossy state finally leaves and I realize that the stranger next me is Mark and that this is my new room. I settle back under the covers when he shuffles next to me.
Marks arm snakes around my waist and pulls me against his hard chest. Soon my eyes drift allowing me to fall back asleep.
