The Stars 'Devoted Fan'

I'm hopeless.

     TIGGER WARNING: Negative Mind Set/ Nightmares

Narrators POV:
After the incident in Phoenix Wonderland, Rui hasn't been able to focus. The thought of the super star Tsukasa Tenma his old... well whatever he was to him , has HIS contact information. It's practically driving him nuts thinking about it. Rui's been on a lack of sleep and hasn't been able to focus without going thinking about it. It's been stressful for him and his performers have noticed it. Due to him zoning out, pacing around, and looking extremely paranoid they decided to give him a break from directing. With that, Rui is now stuck in his apartment glimpsing over the incident as he sits on the couch. He groans "I'm miserable... I honestly don't know how to deal with this." He thought about telling Nene but, he didn't want her to worry about him. He hates worrying others..

So, he decided to keep quiet about it. One, he didn't want people to worry. 2. He didn't have anyone to talk to. Most people he knew were busy and some he hardly knew. He wish he could talk to Mizuki... but he knew they were busy with 25-ji, Nightcord. It was good to know they were still in touch. Yet it also sadden him, seeing how their troupe just fell apart... Rui quickly stopped those thoughts. He shouldn't be so selfish he's already had so much. He should think about others and not just himself. God... why was he like this? He wished that it could change. He feels like he's stuck in an infinite loop and just replaying those lonely moments and wishes he was just normal. That he could be like everyone else and actually have some worth to be with others he- Those thoughts were cut off by the sound of a notification from his phone.

Rui picks up his phone and glances at it. A text?
He opens it. 'Hello? This is Rui Kamishiro I'm contacting right?' He begins to type a response 'Yes, this is Rui Kamishiro. If you don't mind me asking, who are you?' The other on the line send a text message quite fast 'Oh right. I'm Tsukasa Tenma!' Rui stares at his phone wide eye. He chose a really bad moment to text.. 'Oh. I'm sorry I forgot about giving you my info. What do you need?' 'Well, I was wondering if you'd like to hang out? I wanted to get to know you again.' Huh?! This is really sudden. I... I mean I would love to but, I promised Nene and- you know what screw it. 'Sure. I don't mind.' Rui sighs. At this point my chances of forgetting are at 0%. Great, I wanted to out and eat breakfast. Is that cool?' 'Sure I don't mind.' After that the two logged off. "Crap..." Rui groans. I know I willingly agreed but... it's not like we're in highschool he's a international star! I'm just... a director at some amusement park. I don't how I'm gonna do this. After this there's no chance Rui is going to get any sleep but, he is going to meet up with a star so he has to stay presentable. Rui still struggles sleeping. Memories of his childhood still haunt him and become his nightmares causing him to lose quite a bit of sleep. Yet, he still forces himself to sleep despite knowing the nightmares waiting for him. In these dreams there's a tint of light. Light he's never seen before, reminding him of a shining star in the night. He is never able to reach that light and continues to drown in the loop of nightmares. He usually wakes up in cold sweat or tears streaming down his face. Rui hates it. Tonight was a restless one, with the thought of meeting Tsukasa Tenma, the world wide star and his nightmares. He decided to give up at 4:00 am. He knew he wasn't getting anywhere with sleep so, he decided to get a presentable outfit, shower, brush out his hair, wash his face, and etc... After this process he decided yo wait in his apartment living room watching some random show that was on the TV. After a few hours, the star texted Rui.
'I'm ready. I'll meet you at ****** cafe' Rui got up and turned off the TV. He proceed to walk to turn off the lights and walk to the door. After he of course walked out the door and locked it he headed down a wonders of stairs leading to where his car is. He eventually got to his car and began heading to the location. He sighed 'This is going to be just great... wonder what the Oh mighty Tsukasa Tenma would need.' Rui finally reached the destination. It felt... familiar. Like he's been here multiple times but just can't remember when. He doesn't even remember the name. Must be from awhile back then. As he reached the entrance to the restaurant he saw him.
The man that invited him Tsukasa Tenma in all of his glory.
