Luna pov
We are Russian dolls, within each of ourselves is the ability to create universes. Our minds are fertile places to spring different dimensions and worlds.
Whether that takes the form of stories, music, paintings humans have the ability to create varying forms of art, and this art translates into worlds.
My form of art is drawing it's the only way I can feel at peace well apart from another method but that's only for emergencies where not even drawing can relax me. Anyways today is the day I move to forks for my last year of high school. I'll be living with my dad and I'm happy because I haven't seen him in a while. Forks is a place that will forever be in my heart. The forests are my favorite place to be they are just so beautiful I could lay in the middle of the floor for hours and would not move.
"Luna come down for breakfast!!" My mom yells
I didn't even notice I had been zoning out. I go to the bathroom to wash my teeth and face after I head to the kitchen and sit at the table.
"I'm so sad that you're leaving luna this year better go fast so I can see you again" my mom tells me with a frown on her face
"Haha I'll miss you but you know I love forks i at lest want to have one year of high school over there and I miss dad too"
"Yeah yeah ok I get it but that still doesn't change the fact that my little girl is leaving me now I'm going to be all alone"
"Mom you still have Apollo with you"
Apollo is our pitbull he may look scary but he's like a fat teddy bear he's a good cuddle partner
"Ah your right I won't miss you anymore" she says with a grin
"Yeah ok" I roll my eyes
"Anyways eat before your food gets cold then head straight upstairs to furnish any packing you have left ok"
" ok ma"
We both eat in comfortable silence and when I was done I headed upstairs to finish packing. The only thing that was left to put away was my secret emergency stash away you may be wondering what is that stash exactly well it's ....... The devils lettuce the only reason I even started to use this was because my ex had introduced it to me.
After I put that away I was done so I told my mom so we can start heading to the airport.
"Ma Im done we can leave now!"
"Ok I'll get the car ready bring ur luggage down"
Holy shit bro why did I pack so much.
After struggling I got everything to the car and I sat at the front with my mom we stopped to get some drinks before we got to the airport. When we arrived we got a cart for all my things which were only 4 bags plus my carry on so I don't think that's a lot to be honest.
We waited for 2 hours until my flight got announced I was sad to leave my mother but I know I will get Over it soon. So I sucked it up and said bye giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Bye ma I love you"
"Bye Luna I'm going to miss you my baby please be safe and don't do anything dumb I love you more" she cried as I let go and desde towards the door
When I found my seat I put my headphones on and watched a movie which movie obviously Coraline.
