We stepped out of the door and were immediately greeted with the sound of sirens. We booked it down the alleyway towards the Aquarium. "We have a group of 4 males, 3 Caucasian and 1 of Hispanic descent wearing black pinstripe suits and gas masks heading down Twelfth and Maple." We heard the whirring of the blades on the police chopper behind us. The chopper lined up with the alleyway, and a sniper round hit the dumpster next to us, making a *ping* noise.
"Shit, we gotta go!" Sirens were getting louder, and three cop cars pulled around on either end of the alleyway. Around 12 cops were surrounding the 4 of us. "On your knees! Get down on your knees!" They were screaming. All of a sudden, there was a car that pulled into the alleyway, which was about 20 feet wide. It smashed into 5 of the cops, who were thrown every which way with some bone-crunching noises.
The 6th cop stood in shock, then raised his gun towards the driver-side door of the car. The windows had some limo tint, so I couldn't see who was in the driver's seat. "Hey, shithead! Get your ass out of the car and get on the floor." the cop yelled. Suddenly, the door flew open, and the cop was thrown backward with a *BANG*. The cop was sprawled out on the floor, with a hole the size of a small plate in his midsection. There was no doubt that he was dead.
Someone about 6'0, with a trenchcoat and black ski mask jumped out of the car, sawed-off shotgun in their ingerless-gloved hand. "You four! Get your asses in the car. We gotta get the hell out of here!" Their voice was deep and rough, like sandpaper. "I'll cover you guys!" He raced to his trunk, and pulled out an AK-47, and let o on the cops. After a while, his mag ran out, so he grabbed the mag and flipped around to load the mag that was duct-taped the opposite way.
Once the shooting stopped for good, and the cops, their cars, and most of the alleyway were full of bullet holes, we looked at the mystery man. "Who are you? How do we know you aren't a cop?" Eric asked. "Did you not just see the fucker he shot in the stomach? I'm pretty sure he's not a cop." I said, motioning to the dead cop on the ground. SWAT was slowly converging on our location, so we had to go.
We jumped in his car, peeled out, and we sped o down the road, heading for the 52 East highway. We were being followed by 4 Bearcats, 8 police cruisers, and about 3 police helicopters, each with 2 snipers. The Bearcats could hold 12 people each, the cop cars could hold 2 cops, 4 if the situation was dire, and the choppers could carry 4 people, with 2 snipers, the pilot, and the co-pilot. That's almost 100 cops on our ass and more on the way.
The cops knew what car we were in, so we had to either hide or move cars. The man reached towards the stereo and turned on the news. "This is Carolla Johnston, with word that the Revelstoke depository was just robbed by 4 men with Glock 18 firearms and gas masks. There was a suspected 5th robber with them, but we cannot confirm as of right now."
The man just kept driving. They turned into 23rd St. which was a bit odd, considering that's the street where the hideout is. Then the man turned into the parking lot of the warehouse where the hideout is, then we all started to get freaked out. "Uh, why are we pulling into this lot?" Jacob asked nervously. "This is your guy's hideout, right?" the man said impatiently. "Uh, Ummm, uh." was about all we could say.
"Alright, come on. Get out of the car." the man ordered. We all sheepishly got out of the car and followed behind the man. Once we were inside, the man headed straight to where Zack would hang out, and began rummaging around. "Hey, what the fuck are you doing? You can't just go through people's shit!." Jacob grabbed his collar and brandished his fist at him. "Why not?" The man straightened himself and took off his ski mask. "I'm allowed to look through my own stuff, aren't I?"
