Anytime again (N-R)

Nat POV:
My girlfriend y/n and I are a part of the Avengers, we live in our own apartment tho. Two weeks ago we had a mission to take down another Hydra base and while we were fighting y/n was surrounded by many agents on the roof, the only chance she had was to jump. It wasn't too high but well she jumped and no one of us was fast enough to get to her in time so she fell and landed hard on the ground.

Due to the fall, she broke her femur, Stark was the first one to get to her and brought her to the Quinjet. Y/n was operated and they fixed her femur but she has to rest for 4 weeks and then walk on crutches for 8 weeks. Now two weeks after all that I can feel y/n is getting frustrated so I planned a little surprise for her.

While she was downstairs in the living room I went to decorate our bedroom into a little home cinema. I was setting up all the blankets, candles, pillows, drinks, snacks and more.

Y/n POV:
Two weeks ago I broke my femur and got surgery, I have to rest for 4 weeks until I can start to walk on my crutches completely and when I tell you it's making me mad...I hate to feel so vulnerable. Get to do nothing alone, Nat has to help me with everything and you know don't get me wrong I'm really thankful but I want to do things on my own.

I was sitting in the living room watching some Station 19 when I felt the need to pee. I wanted to call Nat for help first cause she is upstairs doing god knows what but then I decided against it. I'm going to do this alone, I got this, I'm ready.

I grabbed my crutches that stood behind the couch and started to slowly stand up. It hurt like a bitch but there's no going back now, I got this. I slowly made my way to our downstairs bathroom, out of the living room, through the kitchen and down the hallway. I was almost at the bathroom when I lost my strength for a second and fell.

"OWW FUCKING HELL" I yelled cause I fell right onto my broken femur. Usually, I don't really cry but now I couldn't control the tears coming out of my eyes.

Nat POV:
I was just setting up the last things when I heard and loud thud and y/n swearing out loud. I let everything fall and raced down the stairs, she wasn't in the living room so I looked in the kitchen. Nothing. Then I heard crying and started to run in the direction the crying came from.

Like 5 feet away from the downstairs bathroom was y/n sitting on the ground crying and trying to get up. "hey hey hey, babe wait let me help you" I said as I rushed to her side.

"What happened ?" I asked as I helped her to shift her weight so she isn't sitting on her broken femur.

"I just wanted to go pee, I hate that I can't do anything on my own." she sobbed into my shoulder.

"Babe, I know you hate this but if you want to do things on your own again you need to let your bone heal" I cooed as I held her face in my hands. She nodded and I gave her a kiss on her forehead and then on her nose to make her smile.

"Okay let's get you up", "Nat?" she sniffled looking away from me. "What is it love?"

"I think I peed myself when I fell," she said looking away. I put my index finger under her chin to make her look at me and said "oh that's okay babe, let's get you cleaned okay?", "mkay"

I carefully lifted her bridal style and carried her to the bathroom trying to not hurt her more. In the bathroom I sat her on the toilet lid and started to help her undress, as I was at her joggers I looked up at her and asked "can I take them off?" (always remember consent is everything).

When she told me it's okay I took her joggers off and put them into the laundry basket, repeating it with the rest of her clothes.

I helped her sit in the bathtub and helped to gently wash her when we were done I helped her out and put a towel around her, I went to grab a pair of shorts from me, an oversized shirt and underwear. I walked back into the bathroom and helped her change.

"I actually have a little surprise for you love" I slightly smiled at her and her face immediately lit up. "What is it?" she asked enthusiastically

"It's upstairs, let me help you" I smiled and picked her up, I carried her upstairs and told her to close her eyes before I walked into the bedroom. I walked inside and sat her on the bed.

"Okay now open your eyes," I said and her eyes shot open. She looked around with big eyes and a slightly open mouth. "Do you like it?" I asked nervously "No" she answered which made my face fall.

"I LOVE IT" she yelled and brought me down to her to kiss me, I immediately kissed back and our lips melted together perfectly, we broke apart a bit, our foreheads resting against each other. "Thank you" she whispered. I looked into her e/c eyes and smiled warmly pecking her lips a few lips.

When we sat down, I seated her between my legs and started the TV. I handed her something to drink and put the snacks beside us.

"I love you so much, thank you for being here," she said leaning her head on my shoulder. "I love you too and I would do it anytime again." I answered kissing her head.

heyooo guys, I know it's been a little while, I'm sorry haha I made a marvel marathon and watched all the movies again. (I was too lazy to watch all the shows) and yes I watched it all in 6 days, yes I have nothing other to do.:( stay safe and stay tuned<3
