Chapter 4

Yuya was finishing making his second deck when he heard someone yelling outside of the Yusho duel school. When Yuya walked outside he saw some lady along with Yuga and the others.

???: "And Silvio reports that Yuga Sakaki was the one that attacked and sent him to the hospital, and we have other witnesses who make the same claim."

Yuya: "Well they are wrong."

This caused everyone to look at him.

Yuya: "I dueled the guy who defeated Silvio, and I know some of what that guy's deck is like, and I know the guy's name."

???: "And what's this, "suspect's," name?"

Yuya: "His name is Yuto, and he uses a phantom knights xyz deck, however his axe monster isn't a phantom knights oddly enough."

This confused everyone except Yuzu.

???: "Well while that can be proven the Leo duel school still has faced humiliation and we demand compensation by Yuga giving us his pendulum cards."

Yuga: "What! No way!"

???: "Then we shall do a special duel, we shall have three students from Yusho duel our three top students, if we win, Yusho and Yuga's pendulum cards will be given to Leo, however if you win we will provide a completely new arc system."

Before anyone could say anything Skip accepted the offer. The lady left happily and Yuzu brought her fan out and began hitting her father.

Yuya: "Looks like we have a lot to prepare for."

Yuya walked away to prepare for tomorrow.

-Next day-

Yuya was standing off to the side as he listened to the Ms.Akaba explained the rules of the duels. He was interested to see how the other students dueled. Yuya also planned on using his new deck as to not give away to much information on his personal summoning method.

While he was listening to the rules he noticed someone watching around the corner. He watched this person closely while the duels went on. Once Gong and Kit's duel ended in a draw the principal tried to get out of another duel as all three students had dueled but the chair women decided that they would have another duel to finish the competition.

The chair women suggested that the two winners, Yuga and Julia, would duel and that would determine the winner; however, the man that Yuya was watching walked out and suggested he would duel instead.

Yuga: "Alright, I'll duel you."

Yuya: "No you won't."

Everyone turned to Yuya who walked out from a hallway.

Yuya: "If the Leo institute gets to have someone who hasn't dueled yet duel, then so should Yusho. I'll be dueling you Declan Akaba!"

Everyone from Yusho was shocked that Declan was here. The Leo students were shocked that Yuya would challenge their president.

Declan: "Alright, I shall duel you. I can't wait to see how you duel." 'Especially his link summon'

Yuya and Declan activate their duel disks when they entered the Yusho duel field. Declan noticed that Yuya didn't activate his special field which confused the man.

Yuya: "You wouldn't mind starting us off first would you?"

Declan: "I wouldn't, I'll start by playing the dark contract with the gate, I'll be paying one thousand life points at the start of my next turn, but I get to add a double d monster to my hand once per turn, so I'll add a double d Cerberus to my hand."
