Finding You

Chapter 4

Barry's POV:

" I have to leave. It's very important" I told the judge as I got up, I noticed him give a disgusted and disappointed look. I lowkey sighed and left anyway.

Even though am on trial the safety of Central city was my main priority. I went to the crime scene and handled the situation with a bit of struggle and a few injuries. Then ran back. 

I knew the judge stopped and wait till another time since I left. I also knew this just made shit much more harder for me. But what can I do? I can only hop that some miracle happens.

"There you are Mr. Allen" My lawyer Jake said with a disappointed look at me. Normally I would have had Francine be my lawyer. But like the rest she wanted nothing to do with me.

"I know, I know. Am sorry something important came up. It was an emergency and I had to go handle it. What happened? What did the judge do?" I asked

" Moved the case to tomorrow. This is bad Barry you don't know how much trouble your in" He said with a complete downcast look.

"What was so important that you could wait till the trial is over? Now you ruined almost every chance of being proven innocent. What's the point of me even being here anymore?" 

"Jake it was important, really important and I had to leave. Please just help me till the case is over and I will bear the consequences." I told him, he glared at me but his gaze softened as he looked to be considering it. He sighed and nodded before leaving not giving me another word.

"Hey Barry"

I turned around to see Felicity there with Oliver. Both with looks of pity towards me. I gave a sad smile. 

"Hey Oliver, Felicity" Carlos said, Caitlyn, Iris, Wally, Joe and his wife behind him. "Hey guys" I said but only to get a glare in return.

"We weren't talking to you Allen. We made it clear to stay from us" Caitlyn said, damn. They really want nothing to do with me. I looked down.

"Come on Barry let's go, we have something important to solve" Oliver said ignoring team flash. Felicity not to far behind as we left team flash now team Wally and got in his car.

"Am so sorry you have to go through all that Barry. Am really disappointed in them. They are taking this to far. I mean how low can they go. Iris cheating on you" I flinched at what Felicity said.

"Even boldly saying it to your face without a care in the world about your feelings. Then divorcing you and keeping the ring for herself" Felicity ranted, but I wasn't offended. I knew she cared.

"As you know Barry we've have our first alien attack and as it turns out. They  have not stated their demand yet but we found out" Oliver said driving to the Airport were the other super hero's were waiting.

TIME SKIP:  A week Later.

I've had it. Am done. I can't take this insult's, physical abuse and humiliations anymore. Diggs and the other super hero's except from Olive and Super girl hate me and don't trust me. I was supposed to be the leader during the Alien take over, but Cisco told everyone what I did and  they didn't want to work with me. 

So I was kicked out. My trial ended and the judge found me guilty. He had some words to say to me, about how I was the most terrible and most selfish human being he's ever met. Who had no respect or feelings for human life. If only he knew.

I risk my life every day to protect humanity, but I won't talk about that because as a super hero. That is the right thing to do.

As to how am out, well me and Devoe talked, along with his wife we got to know each other more. I was able to make him see reason. We got close and he felt bad for what he did, mostly after he found out what happened to me. 

He came out and explained that he wasn't dead and that a Meta human did that to make me suffer. The judge apologized, the case was dropped and I was let free.

Even Central City is done with me. They prefer Wally to me as he's the cool flashy one and is better than me. Everyone has forgotten my sacrifice and as replaced me with Wally. The key to the city was taken from me and given to him. Shocking.

Yeah it shocked me to. Cisco, Wally, Iris, Caitlyn and pretty much the former team flash now team Kid flash made sure to rob it into my face that Wally was better.

The last straw was when Cisco and Iris told me that I was to useless to save my mom from being killed and useless enough to be fast enough to protect my dad and now I was making them pay for it, ruining their lifes.

Am done. Central City will no longer have the flash, they should be okay. They have Wally now and he's doing a good job. So they don't need me and they've done a good job in letting Flash know. The teams want's nothing to do with me, Iris divorced me and is with someone else now. He's even allowed in the building while am being kicked out the meetings and even locked out the building.

When they see me in the building they do things to make me leave or force me to leave. Nothing I didn't go through being physically pushed, slapped by Iris and Caitlyn, nearly shot by one of Cisco weapons. Even locked in our little prison till I almost frozen to death and am done.

The one's I took as family betrayed me and have made me go through so much. I will leave Central City and I will never forgive them. 

I wish them the best but want absolutely nothing to do with them. So I hope Central City as a whole remembers this when they need me. 

"Oliver am done. Am leaving Central City. it's no longer my home. The people no longer want the flash and in my job as CBI I get insulted, snubbed, humiliated and force to do work am not supposed to. So I quit, Irish, Joe, Cisco, Wally and Caitlyn have shown me that I no longer mean anything to them. So am going to go some where else and start a fresh. Hopefully I find love. But as the owner of Star labs and the airport we were held the meeting for the Alien take over. Am selling them to you." I told Oliver, he looked completely surprised.

"Barry your leaving?" He said

"Yeah!"

"I. I understand, you have every writes to leave. They took this too far and have literally become hypocrites. Go and leave your life, find happiness, peace, love and the recognition you deserve both as the flash and Barry Allen. You deserve it!" Oliver said he had a somewhat calm look on his face and a small smile.

"Central City does not deserve some one like you, neither do Team Kid Flash. They will regret all that they did to you and when that time come. You know you owe them no forgiveness." Oliver placed his hand on my shoulder patting it.

"I will buy star labs and the airport. Felicity needs a lab here in Central City anyway. I will buy star Labs for $ 80 million, since it also comes with it's own satellite and the airport plus the plane for $ 20 million. How's that?" Oliver asked
