Chapter 11

"Iris came into my company how ever she pleased since everyone was like family or I thought. I worked with the flash helping him with mission behind the scenes. Helping to track down bad guys and shit. So I also came up with tactics to use but Iris and her father would always talk me into doing what they believed was right. Iris had a secret brother some where and he loved speed, some how he got super human speed like flash but not as good. Then zoom happened and my dad died because Iris and her dad did not agree with the tactics we used Iris got in trouble and we had to safe her. My dad died in the end in front of me. While Iris went inside to celebrate us defeating Zoom I was crying over the loss of my father. The most painful thing about this was that he died in front of me like my mom. Flash felt bad for me we had become close and he saw my father as a father. So he went back in time and saved my mother messing up the time line." I said 

"Time line? What is that ?" Robyn asked "Time line is basically like time travel it includes the past, future and present. Speedsters know more about it, but since flash had gone to the past too many times and changed a lot of things that would happen in the future. Him going in the past to save my mother messed with the future. For example Iris and her dad argued a lot, because Iris put herself in danger by being a reporter. Cisco brother who he hated and who hated him died and he wanted flash to use his power to go back and save him. But since flash used it for me, he couldn't do it for him. Caitilin had super powers. They hated me and Flash for it and decided to make our life's hell. They locked us up in freezing rooms, attack us, vocally shame us and isolating us. Me and Iris had gotten married and I found out she was cheating with her coworker. She told the guy she was going to leave me and take the house and car I brought for us. " Robyn frowned at that. 

"Not just a user, a manipulator and a ho. Got it!" Robyn said 

"Heart broken I went home and saw a dead body in my house." Robyn looked shocked 

"Turns out a once bad guy realized I was figuring out his plans and decided to get rid of me by framing me of a murder. I was arrested and abandoned by my so called friends and wife. I was fired from my job at the Police station. The only one there for me was Oliver Queen and Felicity. They saw how they were treating me and Flash and stood by us. Eventually central city betrayed flash preferring Iris kid flash over him since he was not boring  and I also lost my job to Iris  brother my forensic job and job  as Flash team member. People at the police station gave me dirty looks as if I was some piece shit, they humiliated me and made my life hell till I got fired. My wife divorced me and took the car and house. But I don't care about those" I said

A tear slipped out of my as I remember what Iris cruelly took for me "my mother's ring which she gave to me. I used it to propose to Iris. Even though I was cleared for the murder charge the judge still didn't like me so Iris won the divorce and every thing. Well not everything Iris did not know I owned the company and some other things. Wells made it a secret so only I knew about it. Iris won my mothers ring and refused to give it back" I tried to hold my sobs but Robyn heard them.

She grabbed my head and placed it on her shoulder playing in my hair as I break down "you didn't deserve this Barry. You gave so much for your wife who has been using you and manipulating you to help her self. You did not deserve that selfish and self centered woman as a wife. Those people weren't your friends they were just some users, yes you made mistake but you sacrificed the life of your father to safe them they should have tried to see reason." Robyn whispered in my ear.

"Your a good man Barry. Any woman should be happy to have an amazing man like you. Including me" She whispered but I heard "What?" I said looking at her.

I looked into her eyes to see if what she was trying to say was right. If she really meant it " am in love with you Barry. I have always been since I first laid my eyes on you" She said,  and I can hide how am happy I am hearing that.

"Are you serious. I didn't think an amazing woman like you would be in love with a man like me"  I said, this was all shocking for me I have always been in love with Robyn but thought my self not worthy of her.

"Are you serious. Yes you might look like a nerd but you are my nerd" she said before grabbing my face and pulling me in for a kiss. "It's her. You found her" the speed force whispered in my head though I had no idea what she was talking about. When we could no longer hold how breathes we pulled away. I had the biggest smile on face  "my nerd"
