Hi. I wanted to discuss some changes I made in this series.

Let's start from square one. *ahem* so, from my last issue of this fanfic, you may notice the writing style is stupid, and cringe, and dumb, AND ugly. 

so this time, I decided to change that ugliness and make it more ✨ aesthetically ✨ pleasing.

here's a sample of what it'll look like.

dialogue: "hello"

thoughts: *hello*

other text: hello

(This kind of writing may be a bit iffy within chapters of at least 1-5, because I use Notes for writing. Sorry if it bothers you, I'm working on fixing this because I'm not as comfy working on Wattpad cause Notes is easier.)

so there's that.

another thing I want to change is the lack of appearance of some characters. Like, for example, in my last fanfic Light was barely even there, as if he didn't even exist. So I want to give characters more "screen" time. 

I am also willing to incorporate more custom characters of mine. Like Lily, for example. She was one of those random friends to make my fanfic make...sense??

And, my writing style changed A LOT. I'm not just going to put an empty void after a character speaks. So, here's an example of what the characters spoke like then, versus now.

-Oldest: "Hello, friend!"

-Old: [CharacterName]: "Hello, friend!"

-Kinda recent (color coded): 🤍 "Hello, friend!"

-New: [CharacterName]: "Hello, friend!" She/He/They greet, smiling from ear to ear. (The void may come back several times, however there may be no after-text in chapter 1.)

And that's that.

And finally, I want to discuss the bigger changes I made to pretty much EVERYTHING.

1. I completely refreshed my AU. | I pretty much expanded the cast, so there's gonna be more custom characters of mine that will be seen within this book. Z SQUAD IS PRESENT. And yes, like said in my first book as a teaser for this one, there's gonna be a love triangle. I may later change that to a love square, since, well, my other characters exist??????

2. Cancellation of stuff. | I canceled the Monika x IQM fanfic, as I just didn't feel like I should have even tried making something so dumb. People who WANTED to see that are probably pissed seeing this which makes me hate myself even more, but I have to for the sake of energy. Also, you might have noticed that I changed the teaser from "differences" to "the aftermath". It's cause I don't yet have a plot to start from for differences, so I'm waiting to release that and instead shoving this stupid thing (THIS fanfic) into your face.

3. A statement regarding InquisitorMaster herself. | So, if you guys don't know the somewhat recent drama of Alex being accused for asianfishing, I am aware that she actually did. And she has made lots of terrible decisions, such as lying about 4bu$£, being even MORE r4c!st, getting exposed by her OTHER ex for making him miserable, etc etc etc, which makes me uncomfortable including her in my "fan"fics. So, because of this sudden urge I get to punch a wall when I hear her name, she will not be incorporated as much as everyone else. I mean, like, the plot doesn't revolve around her anyway. I AM NOT A FAN OF HER AND I DO NOT SUPPORT HER ACTIONS!

4. More "realism" in wording choice. | From my old fanfic, you could tell it was written by a 6 year old. But the thing is, it's not. Or else why would I even be using Wattpad and saying bAd WoRdS like SHIT? (I would be a cheeky ass kid that's what. But believe me, I'm not 6.) I'm gonna use words that make the story more "realistic" than what it looks like for it right now.

5. Less awkward plotting & actual effort. | There's gonna be more effort in these books, including plotting, covers, endings, introductions, bonus parts and teasers, and possible artwork displayed throughout the fanfic pages. I know, it's a lot. And I'm tired all the time now. But that won't stop me from keeping people satisfied. I'll put all my possible energy into this and put aside all of my opportunities for this.

6. Warning notes for upcoming potentially triggering events. | THIS is something I should have done before, because the violence and SH just comes and goes. I apologize for this. <3

And one important detail.

Like I mentioned previously, updates on this fanfic will be much MUCH slower because of health issues and real life stuff. So, that being said, please don't pressure me into speeding up. I can't.

Other reasons for slow updating may be cause of school and being sick. I get sick a bit often, and school for me is right around the corner. I can't guarantee that this will be finished as fast as the other one. 

Mainly because I didn't have much of a plot, I started from scratch with absolutely no idea which made things quicker.

And this one has a plot, it has more content, more updates within writing, characters, etc. and it actually has planning coming along with it. I am putting my health and happiness to the side a TINY bit for this to be finished as quick as possible.

So, I just made this chapter to explain some details I've changed, so you don't feel like you're on a rando's account. I'm still here.

Note: I wanted to incorporate more LGBTQ+ relationships and more black characters, since Lily was the only black characters prior to the artwork I made in my sketchbook. We love that representation, but iI'm not gonna shove it in your face. I'm gonna make sure it's appropriate and something people would feel happy about.
