It has been months from where we left off. Months since this story had been told.

But it's time to continue it.

~ 11 MONTHS LATER ~

Charli: "...uhg...babe, get off of me!"

Jaxx: "Sorry, just trying to get comfortable."

Charli: "Yeah, you're getting too comfortable. Not even thinking about me."

Jaxx: "Actually, babe, I was thinking of you. Wanna go to a restaurant?"

Charli: "I mean, yeah. I don't mind."

Jaxx: "Alright, I suggest you start getting ready now."

Charli begins to gather clothes and sprints in the bathroom to get dressed.

It has been over 20 minutes, and the restaurant is almost in it's closing hours.

Jaxx: "Babe?"

No reply.

Jaxx goes over to the bathroom door, and knocks.

No reply.

He realizes the door is not locked, and opens it.

Charli: "*singing...* ...OWUAAAH! WHAT THE HELL, BABE!"

Jaxx: "AAH!"

Jaxx: "Babe...what's taking you so long?!"

Charli: "WHAT are you doing?!! I'm not even all the way dressed!!!!"

Jaxx: "I-I know. You're not dressed at all! There's like, NOTHING on your—"

Charli: "Ahaha! I know. I'll get dressed now. After that, let's just get going."

The two arrive at the restaurant in formal wear.

Charli awkwardly smiles, all while looking nervous and being unnoticeable while feeling so.

They sit at the waiting bench and wait for a table to be ready for them. In the meantime, Charli tries to spark up a conversation between them.

Charli: "So...remember that book I tried to get you to read?"

...

Charli: "You know, it's not very nice to ignore your partner on a date. I asked you...remember the one book that—"

Jaxx: "YES! Geez..."

Charli: "Excuse me? Why are you being so disrespectful? This isn't like you, to treat me like a piece of garbage. And, who are you texting?"

Jaxx: "Just shut up. I'm busy. It's none of your business."

Charli just stares in horror. It really wasn't like him to give her this kind of shade, knowing that she dealt with the same thing with Light.

Jaxx: "I'm gonna go up to the counter for a moment, then head to the bathroom. Hold onto my phone for a bit, will you? And DON'T be annoying or embarrassing."

Perfect opportunity.

Charli: "Ok, but why—"

Jaxx: "Goodbye."
