Tuesday

The following day, Colby and I went to principal Smith's office where Colby told him how Chelsea physically attacked him yesterday inside the janitor's closet and how I witnessed her doing it when I went to go stop her. Principal Smith was so furious that not only did he call Chelsea to his office, but he also end up calling her parents and my parents as well. As soon as Chelsea came in with her parents, she right away send a very pissed-off look toward Colby, who fearfully looked at the floor.

Soon enough my parents also showed up. "Now that we're all here, let's get started," principal Smith said. "What about Colby's parents?" Chelsea asked. "Well, unfortunately, Mr.Brock's parents live in a different state," principal Smith answered her.

"Anywho, Mr. and Mrs. Roberts are you aware of your daughter's inappropriate behavior toward Mr. Brock?" principal Smith asked them. "Are you talking about how our daughter was just defending herself from this piece of shit slut over here?" Mr. Roberts asked while hatefully looking at Colby.

"Mr. Roberts we don't accept that type of language here in this school," principal Smith answered him. "We're sorry principal Smith but we're not going to let our daughter fall victim to a bunch of lies this slut is accusing her of," Mrs. Roberts snapped back.

At this point, I felt my blood boil with anger. "Principal Smith I'm sorry to interrupt but Colby has done nothing but be his sweet self. He doesn't deserve to be treated with hatred and disrespect," I spoke out.

"Our son is right, principal Smith. Colby has shown nothing but kindness and respect since he moved in with us." my father spoke out. "Colby is not only loved by us but by his friends who would stop at nothing just to put a smile on his face," my mom also spoke out.

Colby's POV:

As Sam and his parents were defending me, I decided to speak out myself. "Principal Smith, if it's ok with you, I was wondering if you can call Tara, Jake, Devyn, and Corey since they also witnessed some of the attacks Chelsea has done toward me?"I asked him. Principal Smith nodded his head as he called for the guys to come. Once they came, principal Smith asked them to explain to Chelsea's parents about some of Chelsea's attacks on me.

Once they were done explaining, Sam also confirmed some of the attacks as well. I also told principal Smith about how Chelsea not only beat me up twice but also how she insulted and pushed Sam's little sister Addy as well the last two times she came to Sam's house.

Tara then spoke out about how she had evidence about Chelsea's latest attack from Monday. She then whipped out her phone and played the video for principal Smith. After the video was over I noticed Chelsea's parents weren't that convinced about their daughter being innocent.

I then had an idea."Um principal Smith, does every janitor's closet have security cameras?" I asked him. "Actually yes, we placed security cameras after one of our former janitors was caught hiding stolen goods. Why you ask?" he asked me.

"Well, sir I was wondering if it's possible that yesterday's attack was caught on camera?" I asked him.

Sam's POV:

As soon as Colby asked about the security cameras, I then turn to see Chelsea looking a little unsure about herself. "Hmm, there might be a possibility? Let me double-check." With that principal Smith had security come and check every possible footage from every janitor closet in the whole school until he finally found the right one.

"Aha, here it is! Now let's watch and see." Clearly enough the footage showed what happened before, during, and after the attack. I look to see a very defeated-looking Chelsea. Once the footage was over, principal Smith then looked at Chelsea and her parents.

"Well, Mr. and Mrs.Roberts any more possible words about your daughter?" principal Smith asked them. "I'm afraid not sir, we owe this young man an apology" Mr. Roberts replied. "We're so sorry Colby for the harsh words we said earlier. We're so sorry principal Smith we had no idea of our daughter's disgusting and horrific behavior," Mrs. Roberts also spoke.

"I-it's ok Mr. and Mrs. Roberts, my mother taught me to never hold grudges and to forgive those who hurt us," Colby told them. "Well, Mr. and Mrs. Roberts I'm afraid since the suspension wasn't enough for Ms.Roberts, looks like I have no choice but to expel Ms.Roberts from Weston High." Principal Smith replied. "What?! You Can't Expel Me!" Chelsea shouted.

"Oh yes, he can young lady!" Mr. Roberts said in a stern voice. "We're also taking you to get some professional help!" Mrs. Roberts also said in a stern voice. With that principal Smith send me, Colby, and the guys back to class.

Third Person POV:

Now that Chelsea no longer attended their school, Sam and Colby along with their friends all celebrated by going out for ice cream after school. Sam also decided it was best if he took Colby out tomorrow since he was still sore from yesterday's beating.

When the boys got home Kirk and Cindy hugged both the boys. "We're so proud of you son," Mr.Golbach said while they were enjoying their dinner. "Not only did you follow your heart but you also stood up to what's right by helping prove Colby's innocence," Mrs.Golbach also said.

"Well that's because I was raised by two amazing parents who taught me to always stand up for what I believe in," Sam replied to them with a smile on his face.
