IN FOR A SURPRISE

chapter fifteen

Gwen look around on them all she was a bit in the dark as to what was happening they all were acting strange and the girl was staying she just didn't know,
"I really don't want to go" leona said
"I won't let you don't worry"  james hug her  to him "it's going to be alright" he said
Isabelle told Marsha what happened although she was talking fast and breathing hard crying hard something she barely made out saying sorry wouldn't help but Marsha said it anyway she's been bonding with her daughter for nearly sixteen years she can understand the girl for for nearly sixteen years she have not known of him and meeting him now make her want to stay close maybe to learn what being around him is like,  Marsha hug isabelle to her she wasn't going to say it not when her friend was in so much distressed, she kept holding her  and let her cry for some time which she did
"Believe it isabelle it haven't cross my mind that james could be the father of your little girl, when your sister carmen said it is a possibility  I was like dah" Marsha said letting go isabelle for a while looking with  a surprise look on her face and her hand above her mouth "you didn't even mention being pregnant to me until after a time"
"I thought if I didn't say it then it would look as if it took place in New York, how can I go home with out my daughter Marsha" isabelle lift her head to look at Marsha
"Don't know what to say isabelle" Marsha said
Isabelle flag at her frown with tears and get up "I have to go" she said "I really have to go"
"Isabelle don't leave while you're like this" Marsha said
"No Marsha I can't stay I can't let james take my baby" isabelle said
"take your time please i don't want anything to happen to you" Marsha said
"I'll be alright" sabelle said tearfully she cover her mouth and rush out the door crying
Ralf pace the floor back an forth and keep taking sharp breathes he feel as though caught up in a love triangle he was sure this man james leona's father is playing it the hard way and he wasn't going to stick around to see her rushing back to him he's not in to that for he knew it's going to happen, "I think I'm going to take the train for I have a tunns of things to accomplish and I can't wait to leave tomorrow" Ralf said
"You're going to leave isabelle?" Jeana asked
"I think I don't have another option" Ralf said
"Is that what you want?" Carmen asked
"Yeah have isabelle call me or I'll call when I get there"
"Do you need a ride?" Jeana asked
"I'll get managed"Ralf said he grab his suitcases and said goodbye leaving
Jeana sigh
"I don't blame him to want to leave" carmen said
They all look at her,
"I think james is just doing this to get isabelle to stay" carmen said
"He's just getting to know his daughter so he probably do want to keep her" Jeana said
"I'm sure james is bursting with gladness" carmen said
Marlon and keith giggle
"The other night at the auction and he came to get her,it was the looks on the face of his woman that got me" keith said
Maybel shook her head
"She went over there and he turn isabelle another way and turn his back to the woman" carmen said
"But look at how they left us all standing waiting for nearly three hours talking about talking that whole time, ah haa talking my ass, as if any one is stupid" Jeana said
Keith, carmen and marlon laugh, Jeana smile and sigh
"James hit it you didn't need eyes to see that, he came out walking on air" keith said
The four of them laugh
"You guys take nothing serious" auntie pat said and chuckle,
Isabelle drove around town like a mad woman  for a long time she kept calling her daughter calling james got no answer, she  call Ralf who didn't pick up for two calls, when he finally  did answer he was on the train to new York halfway from here, isabelle can't believe that  he left and didn't tell her and she can't believe that he's gone,
Every one were seated in the living room way in the evening  when james came with leona  to get her things no one try to say anything other from greeting him maybel question how he was doing saying it's been long aunt Betty and auntie pat share the same feeling winston greet him with a hand shake and rowey told him that he is a total different man now than back then and grandma June place wet kisses on his cheek he smile at her "you look so good mama june" 
"I'll come visit every chance I get" leona said when they finish pick up her things and she was about to leave
"We are right her when you need us dear"maybel said
"Yes and the good thing you won't be far" grandma June said they all hug her,
"Is there something else?" James asked
"No it's all here" leona said
"Then let's go"
Neither asked for isabelle her luggages were still there but they didn't pay attention to those leona didn't notice Ralf was gone either,
"It was good seeing you all" james said
"Don't be a stranger" winston said
"I won't" james said
They said their last goodbye and left
They left together leaving every one else in silence,
"He sure looks good" aunt Betty said a little while later
"Aren't you too mature to notice" Jeana said and they grin she and carmen
Aunt Betty flag at her,
They giggle
Isabelle call the home phone and Jeana answer,
"Hey, hey what's going on!" She asked Jeana could hear the distressed in her voice she was hoarse and stuffy and sounded cluster, "Did they come?" She asked "james and leona did they come?"
"Yeah they did come" Jeana said
"Where are they now?" Isabelle asked
"They already  left taking her things" Jeana told her
"No!" Isabelle said terrifyingly, she  can't believe believe that james really went a head and take leona things from the house she really was expecting to have  him deal with it a little differently maybe he could say  that she couldn't stay and that they could visit each other when ever they  wanted to,  she has school she wonder  how could james  even do that to her they could have talk it over she's not used to james being stubborn of any cost,
"Ralf left too" Jeana said
"I know, I know Ralf left I spoke with him before now" isabelle said "I just cant believe james took my daughter, I knew I shouldn't have come I should have just listen to that voice in my head that tells me not to" isabelle said crying, "why was james even in harlem he had so many plans to move and so many places he wants to see why she werent he at one of them?" She hissed she started driving a little faster unnoticeable Jeana heard the squeaking of her tires as she speed she heard horns blowing
"Isabelle you have to calm down and slow down" Jeana said making the others turn their attention to her, "isabelle   where are you now?"
"I'm on the highway I'm heading back, damn" she said as she swing from the back of a car,  her cellular phone fell from her  on the floor of her vehicle  and she try to reach for it and lost control of her vehicle and swing into a nother vehicle Jeana heard her scream and loud squeaking of tires then a crashing sounds and more tires she heard her sister moans "isabelle, isabelle oh my God!" Jeana said "isabelle" she continues to cry,
"What happened?" Carmen asked rushing over to Jeana's side
"I think she crash" Jeana said covering her mouth
"Oh no" carmen cries
Every one becomes panicked
"Where is she?" Marlon ask
"She said something about  on the highway coming back, I don't know what happened" Jeana said flashing her hands crying,
"She was on the heading back?" keith asked
Jeana nod "I think that was what she said
"I'll radio it in" keith  said grabbing his radio phone
"Hurry please" Jeana said
Keith took his keys as he radio in the accident he was rushing out the door
"I'll come with you" Jeana cried out
Carmen grab her coat and took the lead
"I'll stay back keep me posted" marlon said "as soon as you get to the hospital send me the location we will come there"
Carmen nod
There were silent tears in the room
"No lord not my daughter" maybel cried a loud
Marlon held her
Winston went to her side and they cry on each other,
James took leona and they did some shopping they got some stuff she needed they were heading to his house, they  on the highway when they saw the traffic
"What happened here?" James asked
"There was an accident" a woman told him
Leona becomes interested and try to see she wants to take a picture or two she had not seen an accident before only after it had happened a long while
"I think they lost control off the vehicle" a man said
James was looking from where he was he could see a man standing about "he's one of them!" James asked
"Yes sir the other person is still in the vehicle
Hearing that make leona more interested to see,
"That's my mom" leona said crying out "that's mom's car oh my God "mom!" She scream, trying to run to the accident
James held on to her, leona  wait" he said he look at the vehicle then back to leona  "what you saying? How is it to be your mom?" James asked
"That's mom I know her car anywhere"
"Are you sure!" James asked
"Yes dad I'm sure, I'm sure" leona cries
"Oh screw" james curse under is breathe "wait right here don't move" james turning to the man watch her for me" he  said going to have a closer look he took notice of the man who didn't have many to show, he look in the next car
Isabelle lay in the car unconscious she was bleeding from her forehead
"Oh shit isabelle" james said "no! no! no! Isabelle"  james said as he got to his knees
"Mom" leona cried out sobbing on seeing her laying there in her blood shattered glasses around she wasn't moving
"Take her some one take her away please" james beg
"Isabelle!" A loud cry comes followed by  another as Jeana and carmen called out,
"Aunt" leona said turning in to carmen to hug her and she  bury her head in her aunt's chest
"I'm a fire fighter" keith said when he got to where james was trying to help isabelle he was checking her pluses again and her heart he took his shirt off to make a pillow beneath  her head and breath in her mouth and press her chest, "she's still breathing she has weak pulse" james said to keith who tried to check her
"Where the hell your team?" James shout at keith  I'll have all  your neck if she dies here" james  said
"She's not going die she'll be  fine" keith said
James rest his ear near Isabelle's mouth again her soft breathing send a trill and it make him start crying, "oh isabelle stay with me baby please, please baby stay with me I want you I need you" carmen look at him
"The sound of ambulance coming and the fire truck the cops
"They're here now" keith said to james
James nod but he didn't move
They came running moving  others out the way to get to isabelle
"Peramedic" they called out two men fall to there knees
"she's breathing" one  said
More came with things to get her out James didn't leave from there until they were finish getting her out and she was put on a stretcher with oxegen mask and a drip
"Dad" leona said hugging james as he comes over he was in blood as if he was bleeding himself
"Oh honey" james said as he hold his daughter
David was on duty when the call came and he call the house gwen was there and she went down with Alton carleen luna Abigail and Denoy
The man has small injuries few bruises and such they attended to him and ask him few questions
Carleen hug leona when they got to them to comfort her
Gwen stood near to james he look at her saw it was her but didn't care at the moment
"Mam can you hear me" one of the Peramedic asked isabelle
Isabelle didn't respond he asked again but she said nothing she didn't move or open her eyes she didn't even blink
"Can any one tell me who this woman is?" The man said
"Her name isa isabelle Howard she's she's thirty six years old born August fifteen ninteeen eighty four she's five feet three inches and and she o blood type she's my woman and the mother of my child, you got to make sure she's going to be ok I  her we need her" james said crying as he speaks
Carmen couldn't help but to cry too seeing james cry she knew he was upset earlier and know that if he knew something as this  would happen  he wouldn't let it happen
"James Benjamin is that right?" The man asked
James nod, 
"I recognize you from the news letter" he smile
James nod he was too destroy to meet and greet now,
"We're going to do everything we can" the man said
James nod he lean over isabelle and cuff her cheek "oh isabelle I'm so sorry this happened baby I want to fix it I truly want to fix it, Isabelle baby I love you I don't want to loose you again I only just got you back" he said leaning in to kiss her hair thought covered in blood he kiss her lips and Keith told  his lips when he saw the woman looking
Gwen turn away when she saw james kissing the woman, expressing his love it seems he forgot that she was standing right here he seems to forget that this woman was no longer in his life and he belongs to someone else since the last few weeks she's been competing with the girl now this woman from what she gathered he's the father of the girl but she didn't see what he was making things so personal with the mother,
"Isabelle I'm right behind you sweets" james said kissing Isabelle's lips again "you're going to be alright" he said  even though she wasn't responding at this time,
Carleen and carmen look at gwen when she stood watching she saw them look and turn her head once again ,
Keith rub james back when they  move isabelle  off and put her in the ambulance  james nod at him,  he took his daughter and as he said he drove behind the ambulance
They were taking her to the emory saint joseph's hospital to the emergency department
Carmen call marlon and they went over rowey stay back with grandma June and the children
By they all got there isa isabelle was in theater room james was miserable biting his finger and walking around
"It's my fault it's all my fault" leona said
James move to her side
The family were surrounding them carleen rub her back, "it's ok baby" she said turning her to hug her, "come here it's ok it's ok" she repeat,
"Don't blame yourself for nothing " james said taking her in his arms "it's going to be ok you hear me it's going to be ok, don't you ever blame yourself" they were both sobbing now as he hold her "Why is this happening?" James said letting go leona walking away with his hands on his head he was crying harder now "why it's my fault I should have just talk it over I know I could"
"James calm down it's ok" carleen said
But he couldn't,
"These belong to isabelle" a cop said handing james her phone that he tucked in this Pocket they gave her bag to him as well and he hang on to it her computer was inside and her pictures of her and james her jewelries bank cards and driver's license I d and thoses, james look at the picture of himself and isabelle on the picture together and remember the times they had the night they had the others night the sweetest love that no one else will ever
They were there for an hour as the doctors work to bring up her pulse and get up her heart rest to stabilize hour the doctor came from the theater rushing back and forth
"How is she?"  James get to ask,   asked one of the doctors who was going by"
"I'm sorry sir but there's no good information I can give you now" the doctor said
"What you saying doc?* James asked
They call for the doctor in the theater room isabelle was laying and she had to ran leave them,
James held his head thinking this can't be good
Another doctor came from the theater "what's happening now" james asked
"The doctors are doing their best  they're trying to stabilize her heart beat,
"I want to see her" james said
"It's of no used seeing her now we're doing our best" the doctor said
"Calm down james "you'll burst a blood vessel" carleen said
"You daughter can't have bought of her parents in the hospital" Lula said
But james didn't think he could ever calm when isabelle is laying there and she don't have a clue if she's going to make it ,
Marsha didn't hear from isabelle and although it was late in the night she call james answer,
"James"Marsha said she felt her heart turn over for james to be answering Isabelle's phone something must be wrong "what happened james where is she?" Marsha asked
"Oh Marsha it's bad my baby was in an accident" james said
"What where is she?" Marsha started crying
"We're at emory" james said sobbing
"So how is she?"
"I don't know I don't know p" james said
Leona went to hug him "calm down daddy you're making me nervous you said she is going to be alright" leona said
James nod and hug her to him,
Marsha rush to the hospital accompanied by shaquille
For hours they have isabelle in theater and james decided not to leave untill he got some good news 
The family couldn't leave for they didn't want to leave him to himself,  they wanted to hear what was happening to isabelle too
gwen stay at the hospital why she wasn't sure, no one seems to notice she believes that if she even leave  they wouldn't miss her,  the children fell a sleep whild waiting but   leona couldn't sleep she wanted to stay awake to hear about her mom,
James becomes more and more confused and frustrated everytime a doctor walk by he asked but those doctors wasn't n that department the most some could say is that "someone will talk to you soon"
"You'll hear something soon james I'm sure" Marsha said putting her hand on his shoulder
James turn to face her and sob, go a head marsha blame me if you want to, I'm the reason your friend got in the accident" james said
Marsha hug him, "oh james isabelle would never blame you so who am I to, I'm sure you are going to work it out as soon as she's back up it will be as it never happened" Marsha said
James shook his head "she is going to blame me" he said
"Why you think that james?" Marsha asked
"For she stop loving me" james said
They turn and look at him
Gwen look around glad that no one was looking at her,
"You're a fool to think that isabelle will ever stop loving you, she haven't and never will"
"How can you tell?" James asked sobbing
"I'm her best friend,take it from me it's only one secret she kept from me"  Marsha said
James had a feeling she was talking about their daughter he smirk Marsha rub his cheek,
Ivano call james in the early part of the morning just to chat for yesterday he's been tied up so they didn't get to talk,
They had all stay the night at the hospital awaiting some results about isabelle,
"Man I'm at the hospital" james said
"What happened?" Ivano asked
"Isabelle had an accidental we've been her all night and still nothing" james said
"What you mean isabelle met in an accident and what no one talks to a doctor what's going on, I'm coming which hospital are you?" Ivano grab his car keys
"We're, we're at" james said forgetting where they were looking around
"We're at emory university emergency department" carmen said into the phone she lay a comforting arms on james shoulder but nothing could smooth him nothing at all except to hear something about his baby,
"James" ivano called as he saw  them there "you still haven't spoken to a doctor?" He asked
James shook his head
A  doctor finally comes from emergency  it was seven fifty  in the morning he comes a cross to them james saw him look at his time and his heart froze he didn't make a move towards him, leona saw how tense her father becomes and cross her finger and pray as she hung on to her father's side,
"What is happening?" Keith  asked meeting the doctor halfway,
The doctor gave a smile he nod "We finally got miss Howard's blood  pressure down, stop the bleeding she's breathing much better,  she responded  to sounds, she's still  a little unconscious for she haven't open her eyes as yet, but it's safe to say miss Howard going to make it"
James sob and giggle as he hug his daughter
"however miss Howard suffered a  broken left leg and facture an arm" doctor said
"What arm?" James asked
"Her right arm it might be in cast for five to six weeks"
"That's the lease" james said nod to the doctor, "thank you so much doc" james shook hands with the man,the doctor smile nod to him james  sat  down leona sat and hug him, "at least she's going to be ok" he said  leona nod they both hug and smile
" I think the least can be done is for everyone to go home and get some rest I realized you were here all night but come back later I'm sure then you'll able to talk to her"
"Cant I at least look in in her?" James asked
"We gave her something to keep her sleeping for another couple of hours
James sigh keith pat him on the shoulder and he turn, "go home man get some rest sleep a little, you too baby girl" he told leona
"Thanks uncle" lona said hugging keith,
Keith nod
They all decide to go home freshen up rest and come again later
James could use a shower and some tea and he could swim nothing release the tension better he did as told and he took leona and was about to go home he was walking away when he lift his hand to everyone,
"James" gwen said
James turn and face her, "oh gwen" he said as if she was a client he forgot he has, gwen got close to where he stop, "I call you later" james said gwen nod and watch him walking away the girl at his side,
Carmen and her side of family left and they too went home, they were feeling hungry and auntie pat and marlon fix something but hungry as they feel no one could eat,
after james  fix himself and his daughter  something to eat they both share a boil eggs and  have some orange juice james let leona rest took a swim have some martini then  he too get some rest. He was in his bed room when he remembers Isabelle's phone in his pocket and her laptop in her bag  the living room he got up check on his daughter before going down stairs, he went down the washroom for the phone and comes back to the living room he sat down open Isabelle's phone and her laptop but both has security finger print he wish it wasn't so and he could pry a bit in her business there was a picture if her on the front and it got him mesmerized he stare at your for a while then close it he got up and went out for a walk for there was no way he could sleep before he think to go back to the hospital, by three he and his daughter was there again
The doctor said that isabelle haven't woke up as yet but he allowed them to see her james and leona went in   james cry seeing her the way she was he took a chair and sat close to the bed taking Isabelle's hand  in her palm it was almost cold he kiss it softly and rest it on his cheek, leona watch him looking then to her mother who wasn't moving,
Carmen, Jeana and the other family came, carleen and her side of family Denoy and Abigail were with them  leona went out when she always them,
"How is she now?" Carleen asked
"She still haven't wake up" leona said
Carmen went and peek in, james was at her bedside
"Nothing yet" Marsha asked
Jeana shook her head,
They all peek in on her but they doubted that she knew they were there, it was as if she was lifeless with a little breath, when the time was up they leave and head home,
"How are you baby?" James asked leona
She shrugged james held her to him
"What you think we are to do about school?" James asked
"I want to go to school" leona said
Monday morning james took his daughter to get her register in cascade high school the school he attended he haven't contacted the school she attended back in new York but because he was so be known to the school the principal oh her on attendance and plan to contact the school isabelle gave a address email cane telephone numbers, it was there Denoy attend and they were actually in same classes
Denoy introduce her to Jayden jaria his best friend, leona smile on seeing the guy who she actually like an instant jaysden lift a hand at her, "hey leona welcome to cascade" he said
Leona smile shyly,
She met Peggy Ostain and brittany murphy and Christel too was in that class
"Hey" leona said
Christel wave and gave her a smile,
The doctor said if any changes they would call the family so james went to work he couldn't get much done for his mind set on isabelle, gwen call him and he wasn't even sure what was said to gwen for he was lost somewhere,
Leona had a good first day at school even though she didn't forget her mom was in the hospital and she got Jayden's number, "did you tell your friend I'm your cousin?" Leona ask Denoy
"I didn't" Denoy said
Leona gave him an eye
He smile I didn't" he repeat
"Ok" leona said
"Abigail s here" Denoy was
"Hey leona" Abigail called "how are you, need a ride?" She asked
Before she could the. Her down her father came, and he talk with them, Abigail and Denoy went home but leona and her dad went to the hospital
Doctor said her mother was still sleeping but so far she was still stable leona wish to talk to her she didn't know what to say now that she was just laying there, james talk to her as if she speak back to him
For the week it was like so
Thursday leona was call to office to tell her the transfer was done she was surprised it was quick she was told  to tell her father to come in on Friday to see sign,
James went and it was settled his daughter was in school on file with a record
Friday night he took her to spend the night with her mother's family, he picked her up Saturday morning and they went it the hospital,
Ralf called isabelle but got no answer he had told her when they talk last Saturday evening that he would call he haven't gotten to her since and she haven't call him back he was glad he came when he did for this would happen he knew spend would choose to stay by her, he put the phone a side and went out on his terrace Ralf live in a penthouse to himself and he didn't live at Isabelle's but he might left a few things over but he did have a spare key he haven't been over since he got back a week ago, but he call the house phone and it kept going to voicemail, her own studio was open for she has two people who help her out he say if he feel a mind he might call again later,
Leona and james tried to have fun Saturday night but nothing work not even the dice game they had enjoyed so much the first time they play together,
They went to bed at eleven but leona couldn't sleep tonight in her own bed and went to her father's room and they share bed,
James visit the church on Sunday and pray for isabelle crying to God to open her eyes he fall on his knees and weep it's been a whole week with her in the same place and he need to see results now,
James sat around Isabelle's bed talking to her "isabelle" he said "I hope you can hear me"isabelle when are you going to wake up it's a week now baby too long I really need us to talk" he took her hand in his it wasn't as cold as it was the other days make it seems as if the blood was flowing freely now, I know you're going to be so man at me for you must be saying it's my fault why you're paying here, baby I was just honnering the wish of a daughter I just came to know I didn't want to loose her that I forget how much I want to share everything with you, please isabelle wake up so we can talk about it, I still love you no matter what i still love you" james cry his face rest in her palm "I've lived sixteen years and more wondering if I'm ever going to see you again and here I got the chance but look at you , you just laying there  you probably don't even know I'm here"
Isabelle fingers move on james cheek, he look at her hand then to her face he held her fingers and felt them making small movement they them   wrapped around his fingers, james watch as her eyes open james was sitting over her, looks of worries on his face Isabelle's eyes circle the room they were to themselves no one else was there,
isabelle was trying to shift
"Don't move" james said
"Who are you, where am I what am I doing here?" Isabelle act to not know anyhing and she didn't recognize james
"You're in the hospital" james said
"Why where is my baby he was supposed to be  right next to me,  did have him I gave birth just  just now" isabelle said
"what are you saying isabelle?" James asked He became stuck thinking that she suffered a concussion  and didn't have no memory now she don't remember having a fifteen year old daughter she's talking about a baby next to her her son  and that she just gave birth, he cover his face in disappointed, "I'll call the doctor" he said
Isabelle giggle
James look at her
"I should have had a camera" isabelle whisper
"Isabelle so you remember?" James asked
"Remember what ?" Isabelle asked
"You remember me and you didn't think you only just gave birth"
Isabelle smile, she squeeze his fingers, I got you" she say
James smile he look up hold his head and thank God silently
"Where is everyone?" Isabelle asked
"Standing outside, what really happened isabelle
"I was talking to my sister and my phone fell I was reaching to get it and lost control " she explained to james  slowly
"You're ok now don't worry you'll be out of here"
"My leg hurts" she complained
"You broke it, and your arm got injury"james said
Isabelle lift her right hand to see it cast up it hurts when she hold it up she cried slightly,
"I'll get the doctor" james said
Isabelle nod,
James burst the door grinning "she's awake" he said
The doctor heard and came over he went into Isabelle's room
"Miss Howard tell me where it hurts" the doctor said
"Every where" isabelle smile my head it is hurting pretty bad,  but my arm and my foot  hurts more"
"Are you dizzy miss Howard" the doctor asked
"I am and my eyes hurt too"
There's no concusion and your vision is clear"
Isabelle held up her right arm "yeah but I'm out of a job now"
The doctor laugh, "I'm sure you'll managed"
Isabelle nod,
"It's best to keep your eyes close and rest them"
James nod,
James gave the family sometime his family as well,
"Mom I'm sorry" leona said
Isabelle touch her cheek "no baby none of it is your fault if anyone is to blame it's me, if I had done it differently" isabelle said,
"I love you so much mom"
"Im not dying anymore you don't have to lie" isabelle said
Leona grin, isabelle smile "I know you do, "how is school you like your new school?"
leona didn't know how she knew but she smile and nod, "I met a guy at school I like" leona said
James look at her,
"You did?" Isabelle asked
Leona nod
"And you don't like him as a cousin?" Isabelle asked
Leona shook her head
"A best friend!?* Isabelle asked
"I have a best friend"  leona said
Isabelle smile
It was coming to night  fall james send his daughter home with his family so he could stay a while with isabelle ,
Leona was almost a sleep when james pick her up for them to go home,
Gwen was waiting for him when he got there nine  forty,
Leona said goodnight and went straight to bed
James and gwen make out she then went home for james was too tired to talk, ,
"You didn't tell me about the boy you like" james said
He was with leona in the kitchen getting breakfast ready

"He is Denoy's friend" leona said

James frown

"No I think the boy is cool but it don't mean I'm putting up them doing  to anything to my daughter"  james said

They got ready and james took leona to school right before heading to the hospital.
