It took 3 days for Toshi to show me how to use a phone. It was so different, even dad was concerned when it took longer than two days for me to learn. They underestimated how complicated technology is. So reluctantly dad called Nezu to teach me the basics of computers and how the internet works.
Paps found it comical that I picked a coding book from the library, when I didn't even know how to work a computer.
Nezu suggested that dad bring me to UA so I can learn there , dad agreed only because he worked there and he would be around the corner if anything happened.
With that being said Nezu was quick to inform me what memes were. He said that memes are jokes and are not to be taken seriously. He also warned me of the dangers of the internet before actually teaching me anything.
The first lesson was about the basic functions of a phone and computer. We went over the similarities such as the use of the 'QWERTY' style key board and such.
The second lesson was more or less learning about online sarcasm and getting a handle of how to interpret certain thing and online slang.
The third lesson was all about social media.

Nezu ended up setting me up a Instagram account after informing dad and ignoring his response. He showed me how to setup a account and how to post things .
Nekage was having a blast coming up with all the ways to mess with people online and I had a feeling that I would need to explain to Nezu sooner or later. So Nekage and I came up with a plan to tell Nezu about Nekage. Which led to this.
"So Nezu, you know how I have multiple quirks?" This peaked the little chimera's interest.
"Of course Izuku, I know the in's and out's of your case." He said
"Well do you have all of my quirks documented?" I asked
"Not at the moment, would you like to?" He asked.
"That's kinda what I was going to ask, but there is one I'm kinda worried about." I said. If I had his interest before now I had his attention.
"And why would that be?" He said with a small grin .
Nekage popped out from my shadow and jumped onto my shoulders.
"Because I'm sentient" said Nekage and Nezu nearly jumped out of his chair but managed not to spill his tea .
"Well may I ask what you call yourself ?" Nezu asked.
"Izuku named me Nekage" he said, Nezu looked very intrigued but kept it for himself.
"What do you necessarily do Nekage?" Asked The chimera.
"I was a backup Consciousness for Izuku, but due to another quirk joining with me I was granted the ability to separate from Izuku's direct thought. I have sense then joined with other quirks to become stable." He replied.
"I don't think Nekage would be a problem Izuku, does anyone else know about him?"
"Just Toshi, I kinda want to tell dad and paps , it would be better if you could tell him though. " I said
"Exactly what I was going to suggest " said Nezu picked up his phone and dialed dad's number.
Dad was around the corner and in nezu's office two minutes later , his eyes widened when he saw Nekage.
" Here we go again" and I explained the whole thing over again.
(Nekage explanation:
Nekage was originally an intelligence quirk that allows one to think at twice the speed as a normal person and learn twice as fast.
The partial quirk that allowed him to step it up was energy control, it allowed him to save his own energy and his own memories in that energy .
Nekage has the ability to force a partial quirk to become stable if he receives an order , forcing it to become stable also forced it to join with Nekage until it becomes stable. He can not do this with a stable quirk.
Trail was so unstable that several other partial quirks had to be combined inorder to use it.
Nekage is also the reason why Izuku could resist the alternative control serum, Nekage takes control when Izuku is unconscious therefore if he is unconscious and the control serum is given, Nekage is what is controlled not Izuku. Therefore Nekage is also the reason why Izuku was in the tube 6 years instead of 1 year.
Nekage can not be detected by a brain scan but can be detected by someone with a mind reading quirk.
Due to Nekage's upgrade Nekage can set a priority to orders, that's why Nekage can "choose" who can give orders. Nekage can be damaged by forced orders and act strange during these times.
Nekage can also be disabled by Izuku if Nekage needs to recovery from damage.
Nekage is automatically disabled during sleep or willing unconsciousness lasting more than six hours .
Nekage can control Izuku for 3 days without taking damage.
If a drug is being used to make Izuku fall unconscious or a stimulant that messes with Brain function then Izuku and Nekage will flicker back and forth until they pass out, it also takes twice the amount of any medication to knock Izuku and Nekage out
Cat nip, pain killers and melatonin are mild enough to not trigger this reaction.
It is mentally tiring for Izuku and Nekage to repeatedly swap places.
Nekage can direct mental damage done to Izuku to himself.
Nekage can be damaged by forced orders, drugs, any damage done to his physical form, electricity and quirks that effect the mental state of the victim.
If Izuku is knocked out by electricity Nekage will not take over.
In times of high mental stress ,mind control, forced orders or being shocked by electricity Nekage and Izuku will flicker back and forth, both unable to take control. All quirks will be available for both of them on this time and if any combine in this time the quirk produced will be available for both Nekage and Izuku indefinitely. At times like this Izuku and Nekage would need to word in unison, kinda like a 3 legged race .
Nekage can break a forced order if someone gives him a order he's willing to follow.
The quirks Nekage can use are trail, shift, shadow chains and energy control.
The quirks Izuku can use are shift , sense ,Intimidation and shadow chains.
Neither Nekage or Izuku can currently use regeneration.
When Nekage takes control the whites in Izuku's eyes turn green . If both are unable to take control one eye will be all-green and the other will be normal.
Nekage's name literally means root shadow because his physical form is rooted to Izuku's shadow most of the time
Nekage loves chaos and drama
