Diary Entry 15

November 3, 2006

Dear Diary,

We officially have moved back into our house today. So far everything seems to be going smooth but we'll see if we make it through the first night.

We started off by packing up the things we had as well as the few toys Angel told me to take as Breeze really liked them. Although Breeze didn't make it easy to pack up. Since she's gotten good a moving around since when we were at the park so much so she started pulling stuff out of the bag and then walking off with it. It was certainly a challenge. 

Once we got everything ready we headed out. Angel, Luc, and Diablo came with us for the walk as Angel was too nervous to let me walk alone. I don't fully blame her as the last time I went missing was as I was walking home by myself from their house.

Finally once we arrived we said our goodbye to Angel, Luc, and Diablo. Angel told me to make sure I gave her a call if I ever needed anything. Of course I already knew this but I always like when she offers it as I know for sure.

After they left I brought Breeze around the house to show her our house saving her room for last. She of course loved her room and just wanted to sit down and play, which I let her do. I brought her toys that Angel gave us into her room and pulled out some of the other toys I bought for her room. I told her that if she needed me she could come find me or call for me.

I left her to settle in a bit by herself in her room while I finished unpacking the rest of our things. There wasn't much but I still wanted to make sure everything was all done so I didn't need to worry about it another time.

Everything went really smoothly the rest of the day as we ate lunch and dinner as well as played a bunch. Then of course bed time came. Breeze has been really good at bedtime luckily and puts up no fights especially when she's tired.

I showed her the way from her room to my room and back before placing her down for bed. I told her a bed time story about some magical creatures which she seemed to have really liked before I tucked her in and kissed her goodnight. I rubbed her back for a little bit until she fell asleep before I snuck off into my room.

So far for the last couple of hours that I've been in my room she's been sleeping quietly by herself. I'm hoping the rest of the night continues as it is. I'm a little excited to be able to finally sleep in my own bed by myself as I've had to share a room with Breeze for the past month and a bit. Of course if I have to spend a few more night with Breeze, I wouldn't mind either as she's so peaceful while she sleeps which is very calming to watch.

Hopefully tomorrow will be another great day.
