JJ Maybank Oneshots

Morning

Plot- JJ and Kie are dating. He's up early before Kie is and they share some cute moments when she meets him at the kitchen table for coffee.

When the sun finally got to her, it was 9 in the morning. Kiara slightly rolled over in John Bs spare bed, expecting to see JJ beside her. It did shock her a little to see he wasn't there.

His side of the bed was cold and empty but it still smelled like him. So she laid there for a few more minutes before getting up to go find him.

It already smelled like coffee, which made Kie smile when she walked into the kitchen. The first person she saw was JJ, sitting at the table with a cup of the black liquid.

His grin said it all.

"There she is."

"You're such a dork." Kiara rolled her eyes but she still made her way over to him.

His arm instinctively snaked around her waist, pulling her closer into a sort of side hug. She put her arms around him which deepened the hug and JJ chuckled.

"Why aren't you this sweet around the boys?"

Kiara pulled back to kiss his cheek. "Because the boys aren't my boyfriend."

She finally walked over to the coffee pot to grab herself a cup.

"S'true." JJ sighed, frowning at the cold she left behind her.

"Speaking of the boys, what do you think they're up to today?" Kiara wondered, taking a sip.

JJ stared at his computer. "Uh, I have no clue." He then looked up at her adding caramel to her drink.

"Maybe..." He smiled, "We could do us today?"

She set the cup down and nodded. "Whatever you want, J. The day is yours."

"Oh, seriously?"

"Yeah, John B is with Sarah and my dad doesn't need me until five tonight for rush hour. What do you wanna do?"

"I have a few ideas."

Kiara just admired him for a second. The way his hands would twitch in excitement or just the smile that somehow made his eyes even bluer than usual.

"I think we should go surfing. Then we could come back and watch a movie. I'm pretty sure John B has popcorn."

"Sounds good."
