'Ahh! I'm so excited for father to get here wait what should I call him for when he gets here, eh I'll think about that later. I'm sure father is so happy now that I'm here he must be ecstatic I'm sure he'll love me even more than that girl Athanasia" Jennette thought as she also imagined a life in where she is crown princess and the emperor is showering her with love

'But wait why isn't there any pictures of my mother here only pictures of that girls mother and her, I thought father loved my mother eh maybe it's nothing, someone of my status doesn't have to think of those two lowly beings' she thought looking smug

"Your majesty!" Rosalia said as the two of them stood up

"Father!" Jennette yelled excitingly

Claude then glares at Jennette and tells her "I never allowed you to call me father"

Jennette then looked at Felix, he looked at her and her aunt with a terrifying look on his face, she looked scared and looked away from him

'But he looked so kind when he was talking with Athanasia, why is he looking so coldly at me' she thought as she was bitting her nails

Felix couldn't help but glare at the two of them as when Felix went to the terrace door by order of the emperor to check on the princess he heard the last part of the young lord and the princess' conversation and how the princess was sobbing

"Just shut your mouth Rosalia! I agree that she can stay at a palace"

"Oh your Majesty I knew you cared about your daughter" she said as she was stroking Jennette's hair

"Yes thank you fathe-"

"Don't call me father and I shouldn't be the one you are thanking, thank Athansia she was the one who told me I should give you a palace and secondly I don't care about that girl so don't say that ridiculous sentence again countess, thirdly you will be staying at the ruby palace" he said

Claude then stood up and started to walk away

"Wai-!" The two of them said

The door was slammed shut before any of them could speak

"Tch I can't believe this! The ruby palace, the palace for concubines?!" Rosalia started rambling

'i don't understand he was supposed to love me, love me more than he loves that bitch Athansia so why did he act like that?...' she then started tearing up "just you wait Athansia I'll take back everything that was mine" she mumbled

"Is that so..." Athanasia said while her legs are crossed with her right hand on her chin 'Take back what was yours huh?' she then chuckled lightly

"You did great, you're dismissed Nathaniel" she said as she held his cheek

"Yes your highness" as he bowed and left
