1: HYPERION

A melody commences.
Accessing personal logs: Please stand by.

Good morning Alex, my name is ANTAX, you're own personal Assistant, how may I help you today?

"Access personal logs 2 and 14, ready them for deletion." Alex asked.
A slight symbol appeared with two paper balls entering a trash. Glowing red, Alex stood up from his couch and readied his outfit.
Stepping outside his condo, Alex grabbed a cigarette lighter and lit a cigarette.
Welcome, to Averon. Central housing plaza for your local Hyperion allegiance. True power is created by the working class. Allegiance is displayed by loyalties to the society.

"Bullshit." Alex stopped as he looked up as the display screens near the building tops.
Remember, defection will not be tolerated. Consequences will follow, defection will be eliminated.

As Alex walked up to Hyper Bridge, he took a seat and waited for the oncoming passengers to fill the seats and open spaces.
Looking out at the distant space around him. Alex laid his head back and closed his eyes.
Welcome to the Hyper Transorbital Space Bridge, here you'll be able to cross various planets within a matter of hours.
Each network system that follows are Averon, Kailtys, Uminara, Vexes, and Intari. This bridge is currently heading to Vexes. Have a safe trip, and we'll see you soon!

Alex opened his eyes again as the train had been moving for an hour already. Watching as children stood still like dormant figures, parents waited and watched as the sky horizons had passed so quickly. Alex looked over to his hollow pad and selected a documentary to watch.
Alex pressed the lower light of his beacon as he presumed to isolate his audio around his ears.

A melody commences.

Thank you for tuning in to your historical Hyperion lesson. Today we will be venturing to the outer most regions of our Castess 2 system and we'll be looking more into the history of Hyperion as well as the road map to the downfall of Halcyon Intergalactic. Stay tuned.

As Alex watched the documentary, he glanced up as militants of Hyperion stepped into the voyager and stood guard by the entrances.
When Halcyon Intergalactic existed, they withheld the ideas of free and prosperous defection against the accords of the Lumarian.
The Hyperion guard was created and deployed to ensure defective ideals and organized crimes were prohibited within limits of all regions.

As the voyager stopped, the two guards enclosed around a civilian female.
"Help, help, somebody." She screamed.
"Shut up defector!" They yelled out as one of the guards deployed a baton proceeding to melee her head to the ground.
Alex glanced up as she fell, then back down to his pad as he deterred his attention away. Dragging the civilian female away Alex looked back up and around him as they dragged her out of the Voyager.

Entering log:

This is the last remnants of Halcyon, if you're receiving this message, we as a society built around peace and prosperity are coming to an end.
We must let you know, Hyperion. Anaxis, Onyx Legion, all working together to hive mind us, we won't survive unless we work together to stop this control.
A diving bell was deployed to serve as a gateway to house those who wanted to be free. Only certain people know. These militaries will stop at nothing to stop them, and they will try everything in their grasp to destroy the symbol of hope.
Alex looked up as he glanced over to the white, rocky planet of Uminara. Lakes and oceans covered majority of the surface but cities crowded the atmosphere. Underneath the cities, barren land filled with bodies, rupture and lost hope.
Alex stepped up as he waited for the Voyager to stop.
A sound commences. He looked up to the speaker as the door opened. Stepping out Alex looked to the left as he saw signs for restaurants and rest areas. He turned to the right as he saw a garden of trees gathering around the plaza entrance. Walking towards the trees, he reached his hand out and rubbed his hands against what was only a projection covering an oxygen hole.
The digital projection didn't phase a bit as he continuously guided his hand through it.
"Citizen, please stop waving your hands through the tree!" A Hyperion guard shouted as he marched over to Alex.
"Sorry, I'll be on my way." Alex stated as he turned away.
Once Alex had stepped out past the plaza entrance he walked across the courtyard and looked up as his surrounding area consisted of only metal, glass, plastic, and projections.
Even the sun, a projected heat source which rained across the sky as various constellations glowed in the distance. Other people walked by him, without a single glimpse of their surroundings. Mindless and dormant.
Alex began to wonder if his mind had differed in any way. But like a tectonic plate rubbing against the surface, his mind had more consistent jolts.
"Synthetic stimulation." He implied to himself.
Unity, True Allegiance, brings happiness. Look at the people.
Hard work leads to a powerful nation.
Alex looked up as the megaphones stopped.

As he arrived to a warehouse, tarps covered each window as sheet metal boarded the doors. Grabbing a sheet Alex moved it aside as he moved the sheet back.
Walking through the hallway, a light filled another room across from the hallway. Alex walked in as he glanced up with the gleaming bright lights blinding him.
The projected sun's rays glistened across the windows and broken glass on the floor.
"Don't stare at it for too long, you'll go blind."
Alex turned around as somebody crept up behind him. "Who are you?" He asked.
"Arris, and you?" She introduced herself reaching out her hand.
"Alex, this area isn't safe for you." He stated.
"Relax, I've been going here for years now, I've watched you from a distance." Arris stopped. "I didn't imply that in a weird way, but you're not the only one who comes here."
   "Who else?" Alex asked.
"How do I know you're not a Hyperion?" Arris asked.
"Same way how you have a beacon on the side of your head." Alex explained.
"That's fair, but mine doesn't work." Arris replied as she walked up to Alex and studied the detail of his beacon.
"This scar across your ear, and the entire chunk ripped off of your earlobe, is this by Anaxis?" Arris asked.
Alex nodded and looked up as the glowing light had dimmed. The sound of propellers roared in the distance.
"Cmon, we need to go!" Arris yelled.
"One more question, do you like your life here." Arris asked.
  "No." Alex replied.
Arris smiled as the two disappeared.
